Mai 2014 / Très bel appartement , très bien situé , au calme . Nous étions 2 adultes avec 2 enfants et les équipements sont très fonctionnels . Le seul bémol : le prix un peu élevé, mais je pense justifié par rapport à la qualité de l'appartement ! Satisfaction Globale du Séjour : 5/5

May 2014 / Absolutely fantastic! I booked last minute for my two daughters' I wanted them to go in to a hotel but they wanted a more "Parisian" experience. Ludovic, Romain and Vincent were all amazing. Communication was so speedy and when the accommodation we requested wasn't available within minutes we were sent alternatives. It was an incredibly professional and smooth service. I was sent texts to let me know that Romain was at the apartment to greet them and show them around, the girls' were late due to a protest but Romain was charming to them and made them feel very comfortable. The apartment was spotless and had everything they could have wanted. They felt very safe and secure. A late check out was organised at the last minute with great courtesy from Vincent and the team. I cannot speak highly enough about the service we received. I will guarantee that we will be back!

Octobre 2014 / Bon accueil, l'appartement était conforme à mes attentes : spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Situation idéale (proche transport commerces...) dans un quartier sympa, rue très calme. A recommander !!!

Première impression depuis mon arrivée : l'appartement mériterait un petit coup de ''rajeunissement''. Très mal insonorisé. Odeur dans la salle de bain..le sol de la douche est toujours mouillé..ne semble pas sécher. Point positif : idéalement situé.

Juillet 2014 / Merci à Ludovic et à Vincent (qui nous a accueilli le jour de notre arrivée) de nous avoir fait découvrir cet appartement. TOUT était parfait! La localisation de l'appartement, son contenu, la vie du quartier, tout était comme le site nous l'avait fait miroiter. Nous étions 4 adultes et étions très confortables dans cet environnement. Cela était notre première expérience avec Paris Autrement et ce ne sera pas la dernière.

May 2014 / Ludovic and his team were wonderful. They were very communicative, met us right on time, and gave us great advice for our stay. The place was even better than desribed. Beautiful, well kept, with a patio for outdoor eating! And right next to the Marais, one of the very best areas of Paris. We were walking distance to the Republique, which has dinner open until midnight (great for us since we had just landed) and overall so close to everything. The Marais is filled with little shops, boutiques, boulangeries, cheese shops, flower shops... and is just a bustling, wonderful area of Paris. Just wonderful.

September 2014 / Very good host, made us feel very comfortable. The place is very good, located in an amazing neighborhood, just a few blocks away from Chatelet station which makes it so easier to move from one place to the other. Not only that but they were also very kind to hold my mail. For sure next time we will come back.

May 2014 / A great flat in a great location. In between le Marais and Place de la Bastille this apartment is ideally located. It is large, flexible for groups (kitchen table and coffee table both expand) and is very clean. Communication was great, very well organized and on time. An ideal stay!

July 2014 : Absolutely loved this apartment! My absolute favourite was the bed....I found it incredibly hard to leave the apartment and just wanted to sleep ALL day!! Perfect location and atmosphere. Appartement très joli, en très bon état, décoration moderne, et fonctionnel pour la superficie. Le quartier est très calme et agréable. La situation est parfaite: à deux pas des Champs Elysées et des stations de métro.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento una settimana nel 2014 e ritorniamo quest'anno, più chiaro di così!!! Bello, curato, in una zona fantastica piena di ristoranti, negozi, caffè, insomma non manca nulla.Lo consiglio per vivere Parigi al massimo e da vero parigino!

May 2014 / We really enjoyed oure stay at Ludovic's appartement. The Location ist great just a few steps next to metro station Bastille. There are severel bar's and restauraunts around the appartement. We were a group of six peoples and we had enough space for everything. The bed in the livingroom is absolutly conftable. Everything was clean and the communication was great. I highly recommend this place in Paris.

June 2014 / The host's representative, Anthony, was waiting to welcome us when my daughter and I arrived at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful - even wrestling our heavy suitcases up the narrow flight of stairs for us. The apartment is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The kitchen and bathroom are well-appointed with the basics. As this was our first time in Paris, we found our street to be a bit more out-of-the-way than we had anticipated and it took us a day or two to get our bearings. The Filles du Calvaire and Republique metro stations are within walking distance, giving you access to the major sites, and there is a lovely bakery, a park and several nice cafes close by. Thank you for a great stay in Paris!

May 2014 / Cage aux Oiseaux is a very nice studio a 5 minute walk from Centre Pompidou. Our stay there was very comfortable and if we come back to Paris, I certainly will check if it is still available.
