May 2014 / A great location. Severine was very welcoming and helpful in explaining how to work things in the apartment. There is an issue with the keyhole. One night we came back and could not get the key fully in the lock. The keyhole will turn without the key and if it is not properly aligned the key will not turn. We did not have cellphone service to call for help. Fortunately, I had noticed that the keyhole was not properly aligned and after about 20 minutes of frustration we were able to get it unlocked. April 2014 / This was a great apartment. Perfect location with easy access to transportation, great shopping, great restaurants, and fantastic bars. The kitchen has most everything you would need. While there is a clothes washer, there is a rack provided to hang dry your clothes. Ludovic was very helpful, would definitely stay again.

May 2014 / We stayed at Gris Sourire apartment during our vacation in Paris, we could not have asked for a nicer, cleaner, well located place to stay. Ludovic and Vincent were very attentive and took care of the small issues promptly and efficiently. If I am ever in need of a place to stay in Paris, I would go straight back to this apartment and or look at other listings from this host. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood to the fullest.

June 2014 / Great location, nice and comfortable house, clean and well equipped! Strongly suggested for who want to spend few days in the heart of Le Marais, which I consider my favorite place to stay in Paris.

June 2014 / I received a very warm and efficient welcome to the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location for walking in the areas of the Marais, Centre Pompidou and Canal St-Martin. There is a metro station just around the corner (3 minutes walk), also exceptionally convenient. There is a great selection of food stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very cosy, clean, and incredibly quiet given the central location. The bed is very comfortable! Together with the wifi and washing machine, it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Paris. Thank you for a positive experience.

J'ai bien aimé le petit appartement 'Temple de Savoie, car la rue est trop calme et très proche du Centre Georges Pompidou. Les linges sont propres et il y a aussi tous les équipements ménagers qu'il faut pour un séjour en ville.

I would not recommend this apartment. We stayed for the entire month of October and for the whole stay the apartment had a strong smell of sewage. Thankfully it was warm enough to keep the windows open all day and night. We also used Febreeze and scented candles. Ludovic sent someone over to try and fix it twice, but it did not work. We asked to move to another apartment, but they could not accommodate us.

April 2014 / Beautiful and spacious apartment on the edge of the Marais, between Bastille and Republique. Excellent position very close to Chemin Vert metro station. 3 of us stayed 4 nights in the apartment, and really enjoyed it, could have happily stayed there for much longer. The living room/kitchen is exactly as in the pictures, maybe a little smaller, but just as impressive. The main bedroom is fairly spacious, though access to it is through the bathroom, this didn't really create a problem (toilet through a separate door). The 2nd bedroom is very small, next to the kitchen, and is partitioned by wooden beams and glass (there is a curtain). The apartment is nicely furnished, with plenty of towels provided, extra pillows etc. Though it's one street back from the fairly major Bastille-Republique road, it seemed fairly noisy with the windows open early in the morning. There is a patisserie and a bakers in the street, as well as a couple of bars and restaurents.. A short walk away at Bastille there's a fantastic weekend market, we got tons of fresh fruit, veg, cheese, salami. Kitchen well furnished with crockery etc, perfect for having a few friends around, though the oven was a bit weedy for cooking, unless you have all night.. Being on the 5th floor with no lift wasn't a problem, quite enjoyed running up and down the stairs! Didn't hear any noise at all from the apartments below, and everyone we bumped into in the building seemed friendly.

September 2014 / The hosts where great we arrived early, they where able to pop around and let us in which we appreciated very much. On departure the process was very simply and well explained. (could not have a better host)

May 2014 / Vincent met us promptly at the apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. The location is amazing. It is a fabulous spot. Convenient to bakeries, stores, the metro, and walking distance to Notre Dame and the Pompidou Center. The neighborhood is a perfect place to stay in Paris. The apartment is comfortable, clean, with kitchen accessories, plenty of closet space, a generous bathroom. It appears to have been renovated within the past few years, so it was clean and fresh.

April 2014 / What more can you ask for, Bois de Buci is right in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world! I was there for work, but since it was a bank holiday in Italy, my husband came with me; it's perfect for 2. There are plenty of nice little restaurants and shops, the area is very lively, jazz singers singing in the street, but the minute you close the door behind you all the bustle and hustle vanishes like magic, it's so silent!!! I will definitely be back.

Adorable appartement, très bien situé et près de tout. Rien ne manquait à nos attentes. Tout en parfait état, propre, bonne literie, superbe TV, petite terrasse bien agréable pour prendre son café le matin. Il ne faut pas être trop grand pour la douche, plus de 1.75m, attention la tête
