Très bel appartement conforme à sa description sur le site. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, son calme, la déco, la propreté et la qualité du linge de maison. Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme de l'équipe (Ponctualité à l'accueil, lit bébé anticipé) Nous avons regretté l'extrême difficulté à garer son véhicule, le lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas et la connexion internet que je n'ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner avec les login et mdp fournis. Excellent séjour....à recommander !

je voudrais changer ma reservation qui est prevue pour le 7 janvier au 14 janvier.je souhaiterais arriver le 9 janvier et repartir le 16 janvier 2013. merci de me confirmer si cela est possible et de me dire s'il y a une penalité a payer et de combien?

Lovely apartment. Well taken care of and ideally located. We will stay there again.

The flat was not clean at all, hairs on bedsheets and towels. There weren't enough towels for 5 people so had to request more, television in 2 rooms did not work. Bathroom in one room so small you cannot turn around and sink so small you cannot wash properly. Bathtub in big room so big that if filled, no water left. Pressure on water in bathroom upstairs non existent so showering not possible. There were absolutely no basics in the flat such as salt or pepper, washing powder or washing up powder for machine, had to buy absolutely everything. Location great but generally too expensive for what is offered. Furthermore there was absolutely no information in the flat whatsoever.

We stayed at the apartment in February and it was wonderful. It is gorgeous, clean and well decorated. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also great. The only lowlight is the stairs, but once you open the door you forget everything. I recommend it!

appartement correct, chaleureux bien que salle de bains trop petite, le lavabo est un rince mains plus qu'un vrai lavabo. Douche spatieuse. Appartement confortable mais mal insonorisé car un appartement est juste à coté.

This apartment was ideally located, fully functioning and met our every expectation. The shower was GLORIOUS, a rain shower head from the ceiling AND a handheld shower. The mattress was super comfortable with high-quality duvet and linens. This is a great spot at a great price. It is on the fourth floor, so if you have limited mobility this is not the apartment for you. The staff at Parisaurtement.com was superb. A representative was awaiting us at the apartment when we arrived. He showed us how to use all the appliances and TV. They arranged our transport to and from the airport. This is the fourth apartment we've rented in Paris and by far the best experience!

The recommendations from Parisautrement for dining were awesome. Four travelers were all impressed with the apratment. There is room for two more, if necessary. Everyone agreed that we would rent this apartment again.

This apartment was wonderful! The location awesome. I stayed with my family (March 2013) including 4 teenage children ages (21-14) Plenty of room and wonderful kitchen. Can't wait to stay there again! :)

May 2013 / A great apartment in a very good location. Plenty of room and very quiet. You can walk for 5 minutes to supermarkets, bakeries and fruit shops. Very good service from Paris Autrement.

Would it be possible to leave a little later on Friday the 9th? Would it be possible to have the apartment until 1pm? Thanks, Phil

Aucune mauvaise surprise. Appartement conforme à la description. Bien décoré, calme, fonctionnel. Quartier agréable. Attention toutefois à la serrure de la grille d'entrée qui est très capricieuse tout comme celle de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement; sinon, il ne faut pas hésiter à passer un séjour à La Belle Ame.

Appartement très décevant, sale, peu entretenu, un séjour en famille très désagréable dans cet appartement négligé. Lavabo et douche bouché, lumière cassé, vaisselle sale... Bref une location à éviter absolument.

En apparence La Villa Ducale est tout ce que laisse présager le descriptif et les photos: bel appart, super bien situé et de surcroît,silencieux. Tout pour plaire,sauf que... 1. Il y règne une odeur de moisie. Cette odeur venait peut-être de la cafetière qui était inutilisable parce que son élément était moisi. La bouilloire non plus n'était pas utilisable parce qu'elle avait un épais dépôt calcaire. J'en ai avisé le loueur,mais rien n'a été fait pendant mon séjour . 2. La propreté laissait aussi à désirer: impeccable au niveau des yeux, mais il suffisait de lever la tête pour constater l'épaisseur de la crasse des conduits d'air dans la cuisine et dans la salle de bain. J 'ai tout de même passé un agréable séjour, mais je m'attendais à plus. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je loue à l'étranger, ou à Paris.
