Mai 2015 : Location of the apartment was great. Communication when service was needed was on a timely matter. Would stay again!

September 2015 / It was great time! This apartment is located very convenient - 1, 8 line metro stations and le marais are located nearby. Next time, when I come back to Paris, absolutely stay here again.

Mayo 2015 / El departamento estuvo perfecto! Contaba cos todas las comodidades para tener en estadía placentera. La persona que nos los entregó (Miguel) fue muy amable y nos explicó todo el el funcionamiento de los equipos, así como donde estaban cada una de las cosas. Sábanas y toallas muy bien y el Internet muy bueno. El barrio muy lindo y seguro, rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas muy lindas. La ubicación excelente a solo 1 1/2 cuadra del metro de St. Paul que nos conectaba por todo Paris. El único tema que se debe tener en cuenta es que el departamento queda en un piso 3 y no tiene ascensor (para que lo tomen en cuenta si llevan equipaje muy pesado). Felicitaciones a Ludovic y gracias por todo!

Ottima soluzione per famiglie ; posizione central, comoda per metropolitan, supermarket e attrazioni. Appartamento silenzioso, pulito, ben arredato. Quartiere piacevole e tranquillo.Assolutamente consigliato anche per l'ottimo rapport qualità prezzo.

Septembre 2015 : The booking process was easy. Very clear instructions about check in. The apartment is in a superb location and was very comfortable. We loved it!

Juillet 2015 : This apartment was fantastic! Great location, newly updated, full washer and dryer. The reception from Miguel was very welcoming. All around a great stay.

April 2015 / Great location! Ludovic and his staff were able to accommodate me on a last minute basis and the check in was smooth with no issues with the apartment. Only thing to note is has no elevator so quite a walk upstairs but this is typical of Paris. Also Ludovic allowed me a late checkout which was very appreciated. Overal, good experience - much better than staying in a hotel.

Juin 2015 : Everything in the apartment was so easy we did not require any assistance. It was amazing how cool the apartment stayed considering the extreme heat outside and the fact it didn't have air conditioning. The location could really not be better, and the view and the trees outside were beautiful, as was the interior of the apartment. All together it was a magical experience.

June 2015 / What a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment was located within a walking distance to many great sites and easily accessible by metro. There is a wonderful view of the Eiffel tower from the apartment living room which was a great surprise. The scent of fresh baked bread from the corner bakery was a pleasant morning wake up call. Tres bon en Paris.

July 2015 / The apartment was just as the pictures showed it would be. The windows faced into the courtyard, so it was quiet at night. During our stay, it was very hot in Paris. Fans were provided in the apartment, and it had shades on both the outside and inside of the windows, which were helpful. The location was convenient to the Marais and to the Metro.

May 2015 / We had an excellent stay in the Maitre Fontaine. Location was very good, 30 seconds walk from the Bastille metro station, which made for easy access around the city with minimal line changes. The apartment was quite large for Parisian standards! With two full bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room with a hideaway bed, I was pleasantly surprised with the space. I would recommend this apartment for a group or family looking to relax without sacrificing space, as this apartment is the exact opposite of the typical cramped European hotel room.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in the heart of the Marais. Well located within short walking distance to all the Marais hot spots and either line 8 or line 1 metro stops. We didn't hear any road noise at night as the bedroom faces the internal courtyard of the building. Very safe area, lots of shops, plus lots of restaurants with some open late night.The place is beautifully furnished and was a pleasure to come home to after a long day. Our only issue with the apartment was that there was no toilet paper or washing powder. Those travelling and staying in apartments don't necessarily carry these two items with them. It was a pain to buy a pack of toilet paper (pack of 6 was the smallest) and a box of washing powder. Neither of these we needed on the remainder of our trip so we left them behind. I hope that these items are stocked next time.

Mai 2015 : What a treat to stay in such a beautiful Parisian apartment with its original wood flooring and gorgeous fireplaces, mirrors and crown molding, and French doors. The bedding is very comfortable and clean. Excellent central location on the border of the Marais. Spacious and lovely. We only had a small issue with the fire alarm which would go off after we showered. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Mai 2015 : I had a great stay at the apartment. The rue des Rosiers can be a bit noisy and packed with tourists but the apartment itself was quiet and relaxing. It was very well equipped and, compared to a similarly priced hotel room in Paris, fairly spacious spacious. I would rent with you again. In fact I have already recommended Parisautrement to friends and colleagues.

June 2015 / The apartment was as it appeared in the images. It was nice having someone to meet us (as we arrived late in the evening from a very long flight). It's location in the Marais was perfect and very close to cafes and restaurants typical of this area and in walking distance to some main attractions.

Septembre 2015 : The central location of the apartment was ideal for getting to any and all sights in Paris. And having a great range of stores within 30 seconds walk on Ile Saint Louis gave us a great selection of wine, cheeses, bread, cakes and meats as well as restaurants if we didn't feel like preparing something for ourselves. We will definitely be looking to stay here next time we visit Paris!

Juin 2015 : Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement Vachement. Bien situé, propre, avec de grandes fenêtres pour la luminosité et la circulation d'air et une bonne dimension. Les photos étaient très représentatives.

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this apt. Found hair in the Bed linen( not just one or two-not that it would be acceptable). The containers that held the cutlery had black particles in them(dust, food...not sure what they were) but clearly had NEVER been washed. The towels in the MINATURE bathroom which I'm assuming are suppose to be white are well used with a grey tinge and a few stains. The site indicates that the bathroom is small but the photos are VERY deceiving. Two adults can NOT stand inside and close the door. If you are using the toilet and are over 5'5 you will not be able to shut the door. You will need to sit sideways on the toilet with the door open! The one couch is covered because it is very badly stained.Carpet needs a good steam clean. When we went to the office to ask to be changed to a different apt, we were told the manager Ludvik had left for the day. They said they could not find us another aptartment because they were booked solid. They did send a cleaning lady to re lean the apartment and change the bed linens. Not much comfort since the entire stay we wondered what else had been sloppily missed and not cleaned.
