April 2015 / I'd been wanting to book an apartment with Ludovic for over a year now as I frequent Paris for both work and personal travel. His listings all looks so nice -- nicely decorated, clean and with reliable service. This time around, I was lucky to find availability. The "Charles Carton" apartment was just as it was pictured in the listing - I especially like how the property is minimal and is set up like an "apart-hotel". Location is extremely convenient - in the heart of the Marais, near shopping, restaurants, cafes, bars, and Metro stops. Highly recommend this apartment and any of Ludovic's other listings.

May 2015 / Dear perspective renter, Liudovic and his team made our first trip to Paris unforgettable! The apartment was fabulous and actually showed like it looked on the website(no surprises here). We attempted to see all of Paris during our stay, experiencing everything exciting and breathtaking about the French culture and the apartment was the "exclamation" point to the end of every day! The street is quiet(at night) and close to the bustling scenery of the city(100 steps away). Being able to easily communicate with Ludovic and his team and having a very clean,visually pleasurable apartment(with a good size shower) made this a wonderful journey!!!!! 15-20 min walk to The Louvre, Pompidou and the Seine River!!!

April 2015 / From the first contact with Ludovic everything went extremely smooth and without any problems. They were extremely reactive on questions and wishes. The location of the apartment in the heart of the Marais is perfect and as it is in the inner courtyard it is very quiet - without being dark. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay.

June 2015 / We stayed many places on our European vacation, and this was one of our favorite apartments. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful assistant. The apartment had very nice living space and was well appointed with anything we needed, and more!

June 2015 / This is my first time to book an apartment through this type of service. Was naturally apprehensive, specially with my wife and children with me. Safe to say that it worked out quite well. We were met right away at the entrance of the apartment building and the apartment itself was clean and in generally good working order. Ludovic and Anthony would respond quickly to any enquiries I had. Totally satisfied and would consider doing it again.

May 2015 / We had a nice stay in Paris. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very cosy. It is also very quiet and there is a wonderful view over the rooftops of Paris, you can even see the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely book this apartment again!

June 2015 / The appartment was just as described and shown in pictures. We were met by Romain very late on a Saturday evening who showed us about the appartment and explained how everything worked. He even helped us to establish our WIFI connection. I was very pleased that the offices were so close by as the staff were kind enough to assist us in recomending the G7taxi service as we were flying out very early the following Saturday morning. The appartment is located in a very exciting neighbourhood so close to many Paris monuments, had so many restuarants, cafes, small supermarkets, bouloungerries and many quainte other shops close by. What we liked best about the place is that it was very secure. Once inside the large green doors we walked through the courtyard to another set of large doors, both with a security key, and then into our flat. After a long day exploring it was very comforting to know that we didn't have to climb any steps into our Paris home. The downstairs are comprised of a kitchen and then a large living area with table and couch to watch TV. Upstairs was the bathroom, master bedroom, small desk and sitting area and bedroom with a single bed. This set up was perfectfor us as I wanted my 10 year old daughter to be close by and and the same level while we were sleeping. The beds were very comfortable and relaxing. We didn't mind that there was only one window in the appartment. It was large, spread over the two levels. The security grill ensured that it was quite OK to leave the window open. The facilities were all wonderful and working well.

Excellent service from Vincent and staff at Paris Autrement. Provided quick responses to all questions. The pictures of the apartment were accurate and location was perfect. It was easy to access Metro to get to all Paris sights and there were many stores and restaurants by the apartment.

December 2015 / We loved the location of Plein Coeur. Right in the heart of the Marais and opposite a boulangerie for our morning croissants and a bar for our evening aperitif. Paris Autrement is very easy to book through and could not have been better. Thank you for a great stay! Overall Guest Satisfaction 5/5

April 2015 / This is one instance where the photos truly represent the apartment. Very spacious and excellent location. Great communication from Ludovic and Anthony met us right on time. The apartment is perfectly located near the Bastille metro with easy access anywhere. Just one block away from Place des Vosges which was great to picnic after Bastille Sunday market. Excellent non-touristy restaurants, bakery right around the corner. Would diffidently rent again.

Juin 2015 : très bel appartement, belles prestations, lits très confortables, très bonne situation avec beaucoup de commerces. Un seul bémol : l'appartement manque de luminosité car il est situé en fond de cour sinon, pour le reste, rien à dire.

Très beau moment dans un appartement de belle taille et idéalement placé. L'équipement est complet et la literie de qualité. Les travaux de ravalement de façade (dont nous avions connaissance) n'ont en aucun cas perturbé notre séjour.

June 2015 / We had the most incredible experience staying here. Romain was there to greet us warmly when we arrived and didn't even mind that we were 25 minutes late. The apartment is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Notre Dame Cathedral and within walking distance to most attractions. If you prefer to get the train, it is very close to the Metro which makes seeing the sights of Paris easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself is stunning. We loved sitting on the sunny balcony, people watching with a drink in hand. The bed is very comfortable. The place has everything you need and has the best range of cafes and patisseries to choose from nearby. We loved staying here and didn't want to leave!!
