Gennaio 2015 / Ludovic e Anthony sono stati molto puntuali nel fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno e molto accoglienti al momento del nostro arrivo. L' appartamento e' esattamente come mostrano le immagini. Molto carino, pulito e curato nei minimi particolari. Posizione assolutamente comoda per visitare la città e comoda a tutti i mezzi pubblici. L'appartamento e' inserito in un bel condominio, silenzioso e molto tranquillo. Assolutamente consigliabile per una famiglia come noi, composta da due adulti e un figlio, avendo una camera matrimoniale con un letto e materasso molto comodo e un divano letto nel soggiorno. Sicuramente se torneremo a Parigi, come ci piacerebbe molto fare, ritorneremmo li senza nessuna esitazione. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie per la gradita ospitalità.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment was well equiped and clean and the location was perfect and central. Lovely views over the rooftops of Paris from the balcony. Would definitely go back here.

Avril 2015 : We loved this little apartment. It is on a quite street but close to several Metro stops. Good restaurants, grocery, stores close by on Rue de Bretagne and Marais. The guy who greeted us, Miguel, was extremely nice and helpful with advise about local places. We will be staying here again when we come back next year!

Bonne surprise- Très calme au fond d'une arrière cour. Très bon séjour. Literie très confortable- Seul bémol : Salle de bains lilliputienne. Sinon, rien à redire.

Pour une première expérience, l’agence Paris autrement, emmenée par une équipe dynamique et sympathique à l’écoute de ses clients fut un excellent choix, autrement crédible que le concurrent mondialement connu : logement admirablement bien situé avec vue sur les toits de Paris et les tuyaux du centre Pompidou, pourvu de tout le confort et l’équipement auxquels on s’attend, complètement remis à neuf, une concierge amène et causante, propreté rigoureuse et décoration de bon gout. Si il faut chercher une critique mineure afin de mettre en exergue des compliments majeurs, seule la chambre la plus grande donnant sur l’intersection de la très animée rue des rosiers et de la très passante rue vieille du temple, malgré son 5e étage et son double vitrage, est un peu bruyante. Quoi d’autre…. ajouter un chausse pied pour les délicats, une théière pour les amateurs de ce breuvage, des patères dans l’entrée et salles de bains et un patronyme pour l’appartement, en français afin de satisfaire les amoureux de la langue locale. Nous y reviendrons.

Bonjour à vous, serait-il possible de laisser nos bagages dans l'appartement le 29 janvier vers 10:00 du matin. Cela serait très apprécié.

Bel appartement conforme aux photos d un calme absolu Literie excellente Toutefois le ménage n était pas parfait a l arrivée, cheveux dans la baignoire, poussiere..l aspirateur bruyant et n aspire pas bien Le lave vaisselle très petit même pour deux personnes un peu juste La porte du frigo casse obliger de le bloquer avec une chaise pour garder le froid Poignée de salle de bain et wc qui se détache dans nos mains Malgré ces détails je suis contenté et reviendrais Au plaisir de repasser par vos services l année prochaine !!

Mai 2015 : Appartement spacieux et très calme malgré la proximité du quartier du marais. Cet appartement se mérite avec ses 100 marches (eh oui nous les avons compté). Les principaux lieux touristiques de Paris se trouvent à proximité. Magasins d'alimentation, nombreux restaurants, traiteur,.... Tout pour un super séjour

December 2014 / We were welcomed to the apartment on time and the nieghborhood was really lively, it was few meters walk from the pompidou museum and the BHV Marais department store. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. Its exactly like the pictures, even better.

Bleu Anastase is a very nice apartment , the location is perfect for visit Museo Picasso and near to the best Cafe and shops in Le Marais , so many art galleries makes this place a good place for stay short and long stay.

January 2015 / Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was exactly as the images represented. It very much felt like the home away from home that we were looking for especially with all the amenities available. There was plenty of room for our party of three to move around comfortably. Also, the neighborhood was so close to all the major sights it was easy to walk everywhere or use the metro. Thank you so much for beautiful stay.

Logement super suffisamment grand pour un couple et un enfant. Très bien situé et vue sur l'arrière de Notre Dame. Logement très propre et avec le nécessaire (serviettes de bain...).

January 2015 / Loved, loved , loved this apartment. Elliot was waiting directly out front even though we were about 1 hour late. He was very gracious. The apartment is stunning , great location and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. The next time I'm in Paris I will definitely try to stay here

November 2014 / Ludovic is a great host and nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. For example, I requested a few blown light bulbs to be changed and this was done within a day or 2. When I locked myself out of the apartment somebody was there within 30 mins to let me back in (on a Sunday too)! Dauci is in a great location less than 5 mins walk to either Bastille or Gare du Lyon and the area is very nice overall. Apartment is located on a main road (great for watching the world go by), but the Bedroom is to the rear and perfectly quiet. The standard of the apartment is high and the photos are a fair reflection of what you can expect. There are numerous Supermarkets and small shops within a minute or 2 walk. I was here for 6 weeks initially with work (5 spent at Dauci) and when asked to stay a further 12 or so, had no hesitation in extending my stay in this great apartment. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Ludovic and Dauci to anyone who may be reading this review! Thanks for a pleasant stay, Andrew

November 2014 / No problem picking up and dropping off keys. Flat in a great location 100m from George Pompidou centre. Entrance on main road but you walk through a courtyard to a building at the back and it is unbelievably quite. High standard flat tastefully done. 5 flights of stairs wasn't a problem for me but may be for others. Overall very good experience. Ludovic and his team are very responsive and professional.
