November 2014 / Terrific! The apartment is lovely, just as pictured. Very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked - we didn't cook but you easily could. The neighborhood is fabulous, central to everything. We were met on time, and even given an early check-in since the unit was available. I would definitely rent this apartment again, or another of Ludovic's apartments. Great experience. Go around the corner to Boots Cafe for the best coffee in Paris!

June 2015 / Our stay in Paris was wonderful, thanks in part to our great apartment in a perfect location in the Marais. The apartment was just as described, quite comfortable, and the location couldn't be beat, right across from the Pompideau Centre. Especially easy when directing taxis! Ludovic was a terrific host, graciously putting up with my fussiness over changing apartments to find the "perfect" place to spend my monumental birthday and celebrate our engagement. The person who met us - Mario? I think - was perfect, told us everything we needed to know about the apartment, the area, and showed us how everything worked. I would definitely recommend Ludovic again, the apartment was as described and he was easy to work with. A+!

October 2014 / Another lovely apartment that is centrally located. The facilities are as shown in the photographs. The wifi works perfectly. There is only one window for ventilation. It was not an issue as I left it open when in the apartment and a small fan was provided as well. Overall a great experience in Paris.

September 2014 : Great location, close to two Metro lines with many choices of restaurants at your door step. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a gret sized and comfortable sofa bed to use if required as well. Overall Guest Satisfaction : 4/5

October 2014 / Charles Carton was a positive experience from day one till we left after one week. The area is nice and relaxed with a lot of good restaurants and bars, and it is short way to the grocery store and metro stations. The flat was perfect for the two of us, equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully renovated, clean and tasty furnished. The bed was really good, and we loved the little details showing that the host is doing his best to make us enjoy the stay. Thank you Ludovic. We will definitely come back.

October 2014 / While we would have preferred a 1 bedroom in a slightly quieter neighborhood, the apartment worked well and the convenience of restaurants and market nearby made for a good stay. September 2014 / Ludovic and Vicent are absolute professionals. I arrived by train and I met their assistant Junior promptly at the apartment. As other reviewers have attested earlier, the apartment is spot on just it appeared on the photos. This quiet unit fits comfortably for 2 and has all the amenities you would need. Furthermore, it's in a great area (Marais) where there are many great restaurants, boulangeries, supermarkets and food markets @ Marche des Enfants Rouges. Most top tourist sites on the right bank are also within walking distance and closest metro stop is about 5 mins.

October 2014 / This is the second time I rented from one of Ludovic's listings. It was another fabulous experience. I will always be using him from now on. You are greeted by one of his employees who is there on time. The quality of this apartment was excellent. It is truly lovely and extremely comfortable. It was clean and spacious. I can not recommend this apartment enough. It is on quiet street in the Marais. It is a four floor walk up but it is worth it. Everything is at your finger tips from this apartment. I will stay at this place again on my many future trips to Paris so I recommend any future renters to respect this this apartment.

September 2014 / Location is absolutely amazing and the flat was perfect for a 2 nights stay in Paris. Although checking in late, we're greeted by them at an agreed time and were shown the apartment and their amenities. We had a beautiful time there and would definitely recommend it and repeat if in Paris again.

September 2014 / Me and my fiancee stayed at this beautiful studio for a week and we had a great time! it was nice and clean and very convenient to everything. great neighborhood and very central, easy to get around. Lots of cafes and restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere. The apartment is on the 5th floor walk up but that wasn't a problem at all. It was actually really nice to be in the last floor. Its very bright and airy. Lots of windows and the little outdoor area is perfect. The host was great, very easy communication and fast responses. In fact we tryed to rent another apartment of his but it wasn't available so he suggested other two ones and that was a really easy fast booking. We were so last minute and lots of places we booked so it worked out great! We will definitely stay here again.
