September 2013 / This one bedroom apartment is excellently located on a small, quiet street in the beautiful Marais neighborhood of Paris. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th floor in the US, with no elevator but beautiful old stairs) and is full of light during the day. It is very tastefully designed and equipped with all that one needs. The furniture is very comfortable and practical. Check in and check out were smooth. My husband and I spent a fantastic week there and would be happy to go back!

October 2013 / I loved this cute apartment located in the heart of the Marais. It was a convenient location and in good condition. The host was very helpful with the check-in and even helped me with my big luggage up the one flight of stairs. Just as in the photos, the flat was modern and clean. Only one comment would be the small size of the bathroom. I would definitely recommend and a special thanks to Ludovic and team for their professionalism and hospitality.

September 2013 / An absolutely charming apartment! Around the corner was a superb bakery and a stunning Chocolatier across the street - the best in Paris for afternoon dessert and coffee. Ludovic was super in being on time and making arrangements to organize my stay in Paris during one of the busiest weeks.

September 2013 / Ludovic was so prompt in returning emails and trying to find a solution for myself and girlfriends during the busy Fashion Week - which he did by putting us in two charming apts with wonderful decor. My only regret is I did not find about him and their apts earlier.

September 2013 / Terrific apartment - light, airy, quiet, actually somewhat roomy, great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed! Ludovic was responsive and helpful. The location appears far out, but it's steps away from the Metro (Michel Bizot), and I had an easy 18-minute ride to Louvre-Rivoli. It's in a nice residential neighborhood, with groceries, patisseries, cafes, etc. within steps.

We found it very convenient to everything and we loved the many restaurants and shops in the Marais district. The metro is also very close to the apartment making our jaunts around Paris very convenient. It was comforting to come home to the apartment and have all the conveniences at our fingertips. September 2013 / Showtime is a large one bed room and perfect for three people traveling together. The pull out sofa was very comfortable! The best part of Showtime is the location. Just down the street for La Place de Vosges and so close to so many shops, restaurants and metros. It was the perfect place for my first visit to Paris!

C'est un assez petit appartement idéal pour 2 personnes mais même à 4 (2 adultes et 2 adolescentes)on arrive. Pas beaucoup de rangement mais très tranquille et très très bien situé. Proche à tout: des excellentes boulangeries, des Super marché, le métro, des petits restos et évidemment proche de points d'attraction , tout se fait à pieds. Nous avons passé un très beau-séjour ici à Paris. Merci !

September 2013 / I had such a wonderful stay at Ludovic's apartment, which exceeded all my expectations! The location does not get any better than this...literally in the heart of Marais and walking distance to both Rambuteau/Hotel de Ville metro stations. The apartment was stylishly decorated, very clean, looks very newly renovated, very quiet, and I really looked forward to climbing up those beautiful spiral staircase every night :) I was met by Vincent, who was very professional and took me through how to operate everything in the (well-equipped) apartment. I asked about the availability of an iron, and it turned out the apartment didn't have one. Anyway, when I came back to the apartment that night, Vincent had gone out and bought an iron, which I thought was a very lovely and well appreciated gesture! The host Ludovic was very prompt in responding to correspondences. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Everything worked properly. There was everything needed in the kitchen to prepare simple meals and the price/quality ratio was excellent.
