September 2013 / The apartment is in a great location in the Marais and beautifully appointed as outlined in the photographs. We found it very convenient to everything and we loved the many restaurants and shops in the Marais district. The metro is also very close to the apartment making our jaunts around Paris very convenient. It was comforting to come home to the apartment and have all the conveniences at our fingertips. Thanks again Ludovic for hosting us here. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

September 2013 / Showtime is a large one bed room and perfect for three people traveling together. The pull out sofa was very comfortable! The best part of Showtime is the location. Just down the street for La Place de Vosges and so close to so many shops, restaurants and metros. It was the perfect place for my first visit to Paris!

October 2013 / Great apartment, very central. Spacious for four people with everything you could need. Ludovic was very welcoming as was his representative who met us and showed us around. One disclaimer: prepare for the stairs!

Septembre 2013 / Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans l'appartement Datcha. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de cet appartement et le calme de son environnement.

C'est un assez petit appartement idéal pour 2 personnes mais même à 4 (2 adultes et 2 adolescentes)on arrive. Pas beaucoup de rangement mais très tranquille et très très bien situé. Proche à tout: des excellentes boulangeries, des Super marché, le métro, des petits restos et évidemment proche de points d'attraction , tout se fait à pieds. Nous avons passé un très beau-séjour ici à Paris. Merci !

September 2013 / I had such a wonderful stay at Ludovic's apartment, which exceeded all my expectations! The location does not get any better than this...literally in the heart of Marais and walking distance to both Rambuteau/Hotel de Ville metro stations. The apartment was stylishly decorated, very clean, looks very newly renovated, very quiet, and I really looked forward to climbing up those beautiful spiral staircase every night :) I was met by Vincent, who was very professional and took me through how to operate everything in the (well-equipped) apartment. I asked about the availability of an iron, and it turned out the apartment didn't have one. Anyway, when I came back to the apartment that night, Vincent had gone out and bought an iron, which I thought was a very lovely and well appreciated gesture! The host Ludovic was very prompt in responding to correspondences. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

The location is perfect and very convenient. There's plenty of supermarkets , stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. It's very close to the Centre Georges Pompidou.

Everything worked properly. There was everything needed in the kitchen to prepare simple meals and the price/quality ratio was excellent. September 2013 / The apartament is a good election visiting Paris. It´s at the city center (Le Marais), and you can to walk and take advantage of the time because is close to monuments. There are many restaurants, shops and pubs at the zona and near to transports like RER and Tube. Ludovic was very courteous answering our doubt before our trip and Vicent was very pleasant reception us. They was very flexible with ourt check in and check out. The apartament is lovely, it´s beautiful design and spacious. I´m sure i´ll come back.

Sept. 2013 / Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour parisien à l'appartement Bella Città. Aucun bruit de rues, bien aménagé et bien situé. La rue Rambuteau et le quartier sont chaleureux et offrent tout ce dont on a besoin. Facile d'accès à pied pour les points d'intérêt comme Les Vosges, Notre-Dame, l'île Saint-Louis, la Seine, rue Rivoli, le Louvres, l'Opéra, le quartier latin, ... Le bus Open Tour est pratique accéder plus rapidement les autres sites comme les Champs Élysés, la Madeleine et la Tour Eiffel. Nous utiliserons sûrement Paris Autrement lors de notre prochain séjour à Paris.

A tidy compact apartment with good location. We were not informed about the night club and noise below..... also the sidewalk by the entrance had some of the homeless of Paris living there.
