October 2013 / The Fleur de Rosiers was a lovely choice, conveniently located in the Marais, surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants and steps from Rue de Rivoli and the St-Paul metro station - a very central, safe location. The apartment was the perfect size for me - ample room for 1 or 2 visitors. Fitting 4 guests might get crowded, but the fold-out sofa provides the right amount of sleeping space. The unit has full amenities; beyond the usual TV and Internet, it also includes a dishwasher and clothes washer, which were welcome bonuses. Checking in and out was hassle-free, and Ludovic was friendly and helpful. Tip: don't miss out on L'As Falafel a few doors down. Insanely popular for good reason, I ended up eating lunch there every day. It's also endorsed by Lenny Kravitz, a point they make very clear if you dine in - the number of photos of him is pretty amusing!

October 2013 / My wife and I honeymooned in Paris for 9 days and stayed in this studio. It was just what we needed. The place itself is very charming and comfortable. We didn't end up using the kitchen but there are basic utensils (cutlery, cutting board, pots and pans), a coffee maker, microwave, and two electric range burners. There were plenty of linens, a little closet past the bathroom, and a washing machine. Checking in and out was simple. Also, we stayed in October and it got chilly a couple of times but there are two heaters that provide plenty of warmth and spare quilts in a closet next to the bed. The location is wonderful. Ludovic was very conscientious and responsive. There were already some US/EU plug adapters in place as well and the wifi was speedy. There is a great Anglo cafe/bakery around the corner (Rose Cafe) and very good cafes and a popular bakery on Rue Bretagne, one street to the north. Also, the oldest market in France, Marche des Enfants Rouges, is just a couple of blocks away and has amazing food stalls. The area has dozens of cute stores if you are interested in shopping. Really, we can't say enough good things about our stay here and are making plans to return.

October 2013 / We had a great stay in Le Marais. We were met by one of Ludovic's colleagues who showed us around the flat and gave us suggestions on the area. We have been to Paris before but never spent much time in Le Marais. The flat is on a great side street and is surprisingly very quiet in the flat. All the amenities you would need are in the flat including laundry. Metro stops are close by but walking from the flat is just as easy. We will use Ludivic again on our next trip!

Octobre 2013 / Magnifique séjour au Georges terrace. Deux adultes et trois ados. Appartement idéalement situé, à 2 minutes de l Hôtel de Ville d où partent métros et bus, pour relier tous les quartiers connus. Au pied de l immeuble, le marais et tout ce dont on rêve: restaurants, boulangeries, boutiques, théâtres, quartier génial! Tout près, beaubourg et le forum des halles, et la Seine , notre dame, île saint Louis. L appartement est un petit bijou tout en haut d une maison, avec une grande cuisine moderne et balcon avec vue sur beaubourg et les toits.ce dernier étage est très agréable! A l étage inférieur un séjour spacieux avec un bel éclairage. Les lits sont impeccables. Je dirais que je déconseille l appartement aux familles avec petits enfants à cause des escaliers et des 3 étages sans ascenseur. A réserver sans hésiter! J y reviendrais volontiers!

October 2013 / The appartment was clean, very cosy and quiet. Everything was in order and as described in description. Good location - approximate 15 minutes walking to Louvre, 2 minutes Centre de Pompidou, 10 minutes to Notre Dam de Paris. Around the corner are several good places where to get croissants for breakfast.

November 2013 / Our stay at Ludovic's apartment was exceptionally pleasant and comfortable. From the beginning, communication with Ludovic was prompt, easy and honest. The place itself is a five-minutes walk from a metro station and Pompidou, in the heart of lovely Marais, abundant with lovely cafes, bakeries, shops and restaurants. It is small, but very cosy and charming, well-designed, immaculately clean and looks exactly as on the photos. It is also safe and quiet, so the sleep under a roof window is a true delight. It was a perfect, truly Parisian in character location for a romantic get-away!

December 2013 / Paris is so beautiful, but if you stay in this apartment definitely the city look more beautiful and lovely. The apartment is so close to the Bastille metro station that transportation is NOT an issue. The location is the Bastille area is marvelous, right in the middle of the city but not noisy. The apartment is very conformable and pretty well equipped. The host was on time during our arrival to welcome us and gave us tips and answered questions to assure a pleasant stay in this lovely city.

January 2014 / We spent 3 nights in the Volubily apartment. It is well equipped, has spacious living room, very comfortable for 6 persons staying, with large windows and amazing patio. Location is perfect, Marais is a wonderful district with lots of cafes, shops, old narrow streets… Close to all sights- we managed to get to Louvre, Notre Dame, Sorbonne and back by foot very easily. I would recommend this apartment to all my friends and stay there once I visit Paris again.

Un très bel appartement, de bonne taille, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Le métro est à proximité et le dimanche on peut facilement garer sa voiture à proximité. Par contre il manque un peu de luminosité et on n'y a que très peu de réseau de téléphonie mobile.

October 2013 / This was my 4th trip to Paris and Georges Terrace was Fantastic!!! By far the nicest place I have stayed in Paris. Ludovic's assistant met us at the Apartment and showed us how to use the wifi and other appliances and heaters in the Apartment. He spoke English and was very helpful. We were a group of 2 couples and the bedrooms were great. Both bedrooms had big comfortable beds. One bedroom was on the second floor off the kitchen and one was on first floor off living room. Kitchen was beautiful. All new appliances and very modern. The location was unbelievable!! we could walk to Notre Dame in 5 minutes straight down the street. The Louvre was 7-10 min walk down Rivoli (which the apartment is one block away from). There are incredible restaurants steps away from the front door to the building. I will stay here from now on when I travel to Paris. LOVED IT!! There are two flights of stairs going up a spiral old wooden staircase. I thought it was beautiful but my other friends tried to only climb them twice a day if they could help it. It would be dificult if you had bad knees or were out of shape.

September 2013 / This apartment is in the perfect location and meeting up with Ludovic and his team was seamless. They have alot of properties in the area and have a good cleaning service and the apartment is set up with everything you need.
