Avril 2012 / Appartement très agréable, avec des chambres donnant sur une cour intérieure donc très au calme.Équipement soigné. Aux alentours, beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants, très pratiques sans parler des stations de métro. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables. Seule ombre au tableau, les 3 étages sans ascenseur mais on s'habitue très vite :-)

Bonjour! This is the first time we've rented an apartment in Paris, and shopped around considerably. We would certainly use Paris Autrement again. The rental process was very easy and accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. It accurately resembles the photos, except (and I was glad to see) there were curtains over the windows that were not in the photos. We had asked to arrive at the apartment early to leave our luggage. Laurent met us there promptly at noon. He was very pleasant and informative. He showed us everything in the apartment, such as how to work the dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, and oven, etc. He also made sure we had the Wi-Fi password, and verified it worked with our devices before leaving. He gave us the keys, showed us how to use them, and we were advised to be back later, as the room was still being cleaned (because we got there early). He also advised us on what to do when we departed. We never needed to contact him or Paris Autrement during our stay, as all went well. In further regards to the apartment, the water pressure in the apartment was very strong and to our liking; it also thankfully got hot very quickly. In addition, for those who use a hair dryer, it was gratefully strong. The sofa and futon covers could use a thorough cleaning more often. The shower as well would benefit from a little more attention to mold removal on the shower head and the bathtub’s caulked edges. I also would recommend a stronger or more solid material used for the bathtub because it felt a little wobbly. Unfortunately, we did notice silverfish in the bathroom. They did not bother us, but may others. We also noticed, for some reason we had slow to no Wi-Fi connectivity in the very late hours of the night. The kitchen was equipped with the basics, and we gladly used it all. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the apartment. There are at least 2 wonderful bakeries on the street outside; as well and a butcher, fish market, convenient store, fruit and vegetable stands, and a pastry place right on our street. We loved this location because it was very close to the city center, had a convenient metro stop on the corner, and it also seemed active, busy and full of all that we needed! As stated above, we would gladly use Paris Autrement again, as well as refer it to others because we were very happy with our stay. Merci beaucoup!

Les 30 eur facturé en sus pour un départ le dimanche ne sont pas explicite du tout, notamment si personne ne vient faire l'état de sortie. En revanche, rien à dire au niveau de l'appartement qui est très bien situé

Paris Autrement, c est tout a fait ça, c est Paris autrement ! Nous venons de passer 5 jours en famille magiques sous les toits ! et on voit meme le haut de la Tour Eiffel qui scintille...primordial pour nos petites filles émerveillées! Merci . Une expérience que nous conseillons , indépendance, calme, comme a1 la maison, accueil très sympa, appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. A conseiller vivement!

Bravo, cet appartement est vraiment joli et confortable, nous y avons séjourné mon conjoint et moi en mai 2012 et nous avons été ravi. Johanne

july 2012 / The apartment's location is a very good, it's just 15-20 minutes walk from the historical center. But the district of the apartment is full of bars and restaurants, and it can be quite busy in evenings and nights. There is a very nice fresh market just next door on the Rue Montorgueil, also with lot of cafes and food shops. 5 minutes walk from flat there is a big supermarket Monoprix, which is open until 10pm (Metro Réaumur - Sébastopol). So, this district is a very convenient, but a bit noisy.

The apartment is great! Extremely comfortable, well-appointed and surprisingly spacious. The bed was very comfortable too. It is in a perfect location - very easy to get everywhere. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and everything from the booking onwards worked well. NB Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as there are a lot of stairs up to the 4th floor.

nous ne sommes pas satisfait de l 'appartement : immeuble vétuste. On entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins (chasse d eau, machine à laver ...,) tout ca est très désagréable. De plus un tuyau d évacuation dans la cour fait du bruit toute la nuit . Pas de volets donc a 7h debout un peu tot pour des vacances !!! Nous sommes vraiment déçus . Cordialement

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo di Roma in June 2012. We were two families, and the house was just perfect - with spaces to come together and spaces for privacy. We loved having breakfast in the courtyard every morning, and the two separate living areas allowed the teens to have their own space. We highly recommend Palazzo di Roma!

This has got to be the most glamorous, elegant apartment in the Marais! Very private, yet perfectly located. Wine and cheese on the courtyard terrace, cozy dinners in the cellar kitchen, long soaks in the huge bath tub...and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The perfect Paris rental! We hope to return here someday soon.

Hello, Advising that I will be arriving at the accommodation around 7-7.30pm on June 4th. I'm travelling via train from Avignon arriving at Gare Lyon at 6.18pm. Barring any delay it should be a quick trip on the Metro to the accommodation. I paid the balance today so I hope everything is in order for my stay. Please advise if you need further information. A great apartment. Very central and well equipped - 3 metro stations within walking distance and only about 15 -20 mins walk to the louvre, stayed here for 4 nights with my husband and parents and there was plenty of room for all of us. A big plus point is that the apartment as 2 double bedrooms unlike most others that we looked at that only had 1 room and a sofabed. We would definitely stay here again!

Merci d'avoir contribué agréablement au confort de notre séjour à Paris. Le quartier est animé et très agréable. Les services sont à proximité: marché, boucherie, bistro, boulangerie, métro...etc... L'appartement était équipé selon nos attentes et selon ce qu'on avait vu sur le site. Nous étions 6 et nous avons eu suffisamment de place. Il faut considérer qu'à Paris tu ne restes pas dans ton appartement longtemps. Gros merci et nous renouvellerons l'expérience sûrement.

Mar. 2012 / WONDERFUL! This was a lovely apartment. Very clean, safe, well equipped and well taken care of. Lots of places to eat (and grocery shop) with in walking distance. The building itself is very quiet, but there can be some noise from the the cafe' below it. Will most definitely stay here again on my next visit.

fev. 2012 / Un bon accueil, un appart bien situé avec tout le nécessaire tant à l' interieur qu à l'exterieur ,la propreté plutot moyenne mais suis un peu maniaque, un ascenseur trop petit pour monter une valise pour 4 , merci de mettre à dispo ces types de logement dans le Marais! Experience Paris autrement à renouveller!!!

Feb. 2012 / We stayed in this apartment with two children aged 10 & 7 and it was wonderful! It was certainly big enough for us all and both children wanted to live there forever. It was in a fabulous central location, a short walk from Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame. We thought it was really good value for money and would definitely stay there again. Tip: We parked in Pl Baudoyer parking, which was close by and it was easy to arrange ourselves. The only thing we would have liked is more information about the local area, eg which boulangerie was open on Sundays.
