L'appartement était très bien situé géographiquement dans Paris Mais il était un peu bruyant avec le café en face ,il y avait du bruit jusqu'a minuit ! The apartment is a good location, however that does make for a little noise early morning as rubbish is cleared.Everything is true to the website, bed is comfortable,bed linen clean. Lounge area clean and spacious. The owners will need to spend some money in the bathroom which is starting to look worn.

Sans vouloir paraître élitiste une cafetière Nespresso aurait été bienvenu, pour information une des ampoules de la douche est HS et la bonde de fond du lavabo reste coincé Cordialement

Séjour fort agréable, nous avons apprécié l’accueil, la propreté, la fonctionnalité et le charme de l’appartement. Le seul petit bémol serait l’insonorisation (murs). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Au moment de notre réservation, la représentation de l'appart. n'était pas adhéquate. Nous vous avons suggéré trois suggestions lors de la remise des clés: porte de la douche peut heurter le bol de toilette. Risque pour la porte de verre. Ouvrir vers le mur, peut-être. Prévoir une marche pour accéder à la terrasse. Pour ouvrir les portes des armoires, prévoir un boutons ou collant pour éviter de tacher ou user prématurément la peinture matte. It is overall a very nice apartment in a good location. It has no air conditioning, so be weary in summer months. We had to ask for dish washing towels and they brought only one dishtowel and nothing to wash with. There was no dishwasher detergent either.

I have booked properties with Paris Autrement before and I will only ever stay in their properties. My apartment was very clean and everything was handled very professionally. I have recommended them to others as well. Excellent properties and easy check-in.

juste une remarque : le temps de battement entre deux locations nous semble trop court. Une famille attendait de rentrer a 11:00 alors que nous devions partir à 11:00. La femme de ménage n’avait pas le temps de faire le ménage...

Pour un québécois, il n’était pas clair que les articles d’hygiène de base ne serait pas inclus (savon vaisselle, savon à main dans la salle de bain).

Appartement spacieux et propre, grand canapé design et confortable, un seul point noir mais de taille durant ce séjour : le bruit de certains voisins, indélicats ou malveillants, au choix ... 1 seule nuit convenable sur 7. NB purement technique concernant le formulaire de réponse : à la rubrique "Assistance etc" il ne faut pas attribuer la valeur nulle lorsqu'aucun choix n'est réalisé, sinon le formulaire n'est pas accepté, ici j'ai mis "Bon" pour transmettre le reste du formulaire. Bien à vous, Boris.

Quelques petites attentions, tel que séchoir à cheveux, papier de toilette, un convertisseur de courant seraient appréciés.

Peut etre serait it bon de signaler dans les informations que la salle de bain est tres petite et qu'il n'y a pas de seche linge.

The apartment was in a great Location, was very comfortable and very well equipped. Having a washing machine and separate clothes dryer was really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and linens good. Gregory was punctual for our arrival, friendly and promptly followed up on any issues, the main one being the shower. On arrival a maintenance person was working on the shower and this did necessitate him and another person returning another 2 times the next day before we had adequate hot water and pressure. These things happen and once resolved, the apartment was excellent. Our one annoyance is that Paris Autrement charges for a cleaning package. We are always diligent about caring for properties we rent, being owners of a rental property ourselves. However it is difficult to do so when basic cleaning products are not left. Unfortunately the vacuum cleaner hose was broken and the mop useless as well. When you are staying in a property for just a few days you do not want to have to buy cleaning products. Charging for a toiletries pack is fine because this is for personal use, but cleaning products are for the maintenance of your property and by providing them, you encourage and make it easy for clients to do so. This is our 2nd experience with Paris Autrement and have also reserved a Bordeaux property as well. We have been very happy with the service and would recommend and use again. Thank you!

Absence d'eau chaude sur 2 soirées ...désagréable!

Excellent apartment, location,and wifi Paris autrement website was not responsive and Gregory did not respond after the first day. No hot water on arrival was attended to by Gregory after several text messages at 10pm. Leaking shower continued all week.

Séjour très agréable qui a été quelque peu terni par l’infiltration d’eau dans une des deux chambres

We overall enjoyed our stay security issues.... 2nd door into the the building was broken and Gregory said he would get it fixed asap and it wasn't. Outdoor bars in the back bedroom were not secure and someone could get through and break in. We like to cook and the kitchen is not well appointed. Need ice cube trays etc

Positif : l'agencement des tiroirs / dressings et celui de la salle de bain sont très bien réalisés. Négatif : des rideaux réellement occultants sont indispensables, les housses du canapé et des coussins sont soit à changer soit à laver...

Very satisfied with our stay. Great location although a bit tricky access if having heavy luggage...Still, photos on site should be more authentic, usage of wide lenses photos is not the best way to present your apartment bigger than it really is. Still, we've enjoyed our stay.Zoran

Comme je vous ai déjà dit, c'était un très bon appartement situé dans un chantier. Ce n'était pas dans un état de louer.
