La gentillesse du personnel, le professionnalisme, la facilité de réservation, la qualité des logements, le bon rapport qualité prix font que je recommande cette agence à tous mes amis. Mars 2018 / After a long flight, we were welcomed with a friendly and informative reception. The apartment was fantastic, just like the photos and in a fantastic neighborhood. It was truly walking distance to everything including Notre Dame and Le Louvre. We really enjoyed the neighborhood with all of the shops and cafés. We even made time for a glass of wine on our cozy terrace. Thank you for a memorable time in Paris.

March 2017 / The apartment was perfect for 6 of us - adult siblings and spouses. Everyone was able to have their own space and the husbands geeked out over the theatre room. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment other than sleeping and gathering each night after dinner. The location in the Marais was perfect with two little cafes right outside the building’s main gate. We love the Marais and being so conveniently located was perfect. Everything you could need is within a 10-minute walk. The only thing the apartment lacked was basic amenities like toiletries (which I think the listing states) and we definitely had to restock toilet paper but that’s to be expected with a large group and a longer stay. Ludovic and his team (Miguel especially) were very responsive and very easy to work with

Février 2018 / We coming for fashion week, after work lots good restaurants around, the location is perfect. House clean and relax, functional and beautiful. Staff Miguel is so helpful and careful and do welcome us at the very first moment. Thank you Paris!!!! We had great time here.

January 2017 / Everything was perfect the apartment is very well located and has everything you need for a short stay in Paris I highly recommend this place (except to very tall people as the ceilings are quite low as someone pointed out but that’s the only downside). This place is amazing! Easy check in and check out; I’ll be coming back for sure :)

December 2017 / Communication was great - we needed the flat very quickly and he responded immediately and sorted everything with the greeter (who was also very friendy and helpful) within an hour of first getting in touch! The location was superb with the centre of Paris within easy walking distance and the street was full of late night food shops and eateries. The flat was a little small for 2 adults and 2 children with no decent window views but very quiet as within a courtyard building off the main street. Metro stations a few minutes away and accessible by taxi. The flat was very clean and kitchen had all equipment needed. The price was fairly high but I guess related to its location.

January 2017 / Ludovic’s place was exactly as described. Fully equipped, safe, and quiet. The place is huge with all you would need for an amazing trip in Paris. We were a family of 4, and had plenty of space. It is super well located in Le Marais, close to all other sightseeing sites in Paris. We highly recommend Ludovic’s flat. A big thanks.

Janvier 2018 / Malgré les étages Tibourg père est un havre de paix, bien situé, bien aménagé, silencieux, dans un quartier vivant, un Franprix en face et à deux pas à pied des musées et activités. Le quartier est mythique.

December 2017 / What a great apartment this is. We have never used Airbnb before and were concerned because there were no reviews on this apartment. We took a chance and it paid off. Excellent location 1/2 block from the Pompidou. Markets close by. We stayed here with our three teenage children. My husband and I had the master, my daughters had the loft other bedroom and my son had the loft in the living room. You can't stand in the last one and it's a little cramped, but perfect for teenagers or young kids. There was even an extra bathroom with toilet that we did not even know about. The kitchen was brand new and totally stocked and the place was super clean. Lots of sunshine beaming in as well. We would recommend this place highly.

December 2017 / Fantastic large clean apartment very well equipped in the best location. Guillaume was very kind and reactive. We fell home and will definitely come back to this typical Parisian treasure.

February 2017 / This flat was fantastic! Spacious for 3 girls. The neighbourhood was lively and convenient, but the flat was quiet and tucked away in the middle of it all. Ludovic was flexible when our train arrived slightly late and quickly responded when our refrigerator wasn’t working. The bathroom was a little small but manageable, would certainly stay here again.

November 2017 / THE APARTMENT WAS IMMACULATELY CLEAN , WELL EQUIPPED AND TASTEFULLY FURNISHED , SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT AND KITCHEN WELL EQUIPPED. January 2017 / Nice romantic place in great location in the heart of Le Marais. Equipped with everything essential, plus top floor views of the surroundings and the sky. The climb upstairs, especially with baggage, might be a challenge for some but well worth the effort. Just steps away from cute bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Short walking distance from metro or some major attractions such as Notre Dame, Picasso Museum, and shopping. We loved our stay and would come back any time.

December 2017 / The space is absolutely spectacular for the price, as can be seen from the photos: an unusually large, modern, well appointed apartment with tons of storage space. Two full bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, everything generously scaled and it appears brand new. The location is excellent, on the edge of Le Marais, on the main road but the apartment is deep inside a very old building and totally quiet. (The common area of the building is a bit decrepit in a very Parisian way that makes the apartment itself even more of a surprise.) Amenities are impressive including separate full sized refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner....and the internet service is fabulous

December 2017 / What a wonderful value and location for a small family stay in Paris. The apartment is nicely furnished and has one master bedroom and two small bedrooms for kiddos. The location is quiet and amazing for walking all around Le Marais. We especially appreciated having an early meeting after our redeye flight. Simply wonderful!
