May 2018 / Toutes les communications avec guillaume ou Grégory ont été accomodantes, rapides et précises. l' appartement est très bien situé; a 2 pas du métro. Beaucoup d' attraits touristiques intéressants se font aussi a pied. Le lit et le divant sont très confortables pour dormir. Propre et possédant les essentiels que l' on retrouve chez soi, l'appartement dispose de la télévision avec un choix de canaux intéressants. Les seuls bémols concernent le bruit environant de la rue tel que mentionné dans la description et les escaliers qui sont un peu étroits lorsque montés avec des valises. Cet appartement nous a permis de vivre au sein d' un cartier très intéressant et nous le recommandons

April 2018 / Terrific well decorated apartment in a wonderful location. We had 6 people and found the place very accomodating for us. We enjoyed talking in the evenings because the atmosphere was so great. We cooked twice and the kitchen and dining setup were great. The neighborhood is full of great places to eat, drink and shop. Close to the river and many sites. Highly recommend.

Avril 2018 / Nous avons passé un week-end en famille dans l’appartement de Guillaume, qui est moderne et très bien équipé. Il était également très propre. Les lits et le canapé lit sont confortables. Il y a deux salles de bain, ce qui était très pratique car nous étions 5. Nous avons eu un soucis avec un des équipements, Guillaume a été très réactif et nous en a amené un nouveau très rapidement. L’appartement est également très bien situé. Il est seulement dommage qu’il n’y ait pas les produits du quotidien à disposition (savon, éponge, etc...). Mais il y a plusieurs commerces très proches pour acheter ce qu’il faut. Merci Guillaume, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

The apartment was great! it had everything we needed for our stay. the complex is very quiet and never had any issues. There are a few metro locations nearby and also an boulangerie across the street. The Apartment looked better in person! Would stay here again.

September 2018 / Your place was wonderful. The location ideal. We walked everywhere. The metro stations are very close. There are plenty of restaurants, stores and cafes.

August 2018 / We had a great time at the Black Pearl! The apartment was spotless and had plenty of clean towels and extra bed linens. The neighborhood was great. Close to everything we needed! The 3 floor walk up was a little tough, especially with our baby, but manageable. The cleaning kit (available for purchase) was clutch. Having our baby with us meant we needed to do laundry and dishes, so that was really helpful.

August 2018 / Only 1 minute walking distance from Place des Vosges. Perfect location and safe environment! The apartment is elaborate with modern decoration. Comfortble beds, clean bedding. Laurent is a polite host. Impressive experience!

July 2018 / This was an amazing apartment, unlike any in Paris! the private garden views and full private movie theater in basement are absolutely incredible! This made our family vacation to Paris so wonderful, will definitely return and recommend to friends.

June 2018 / Modern apartment right at the top of one of the most vibrant areas of Paris. It is quiet as it is well above street level. We loved the location. Getting up the 5 flights of stairs made for great daily exercise and we had help with our suitcases from our host on the first day. Also, the building washing machine was useful (and on our floor) as we had been traveling for a while already. Wifi was also good.

May 2018 / The public spaces, elevator corridors etc are pre ww2 vintage and are on 1st impression disappointing , HOWEVER The apartment is brand new and exquisitely decorated, and fitted with a king size bed ( very hard to find) All appliances are provided and they are all "TOP OF THE LINE". A pleasure to use. The Metro is a 2 minute walk away. Supermarkets and shopping are around the corner ,with a superb choice of restaurants within walking distance. The street is relatively quiet and consequently windows can remain open. Laurent responded immediately to a small problem we encountered. We would not hesitate to return

April 2018 / We truly enjoyed our stay at the Black Pearl. Each day after sightseeing, it was so relaxing to escape to our comfortable apartment. It was very quiet; and conveniently located within walking distance to a grocery store, countless cafes, bakeries, and Notre Dame Cathedral. The Black Pearl had all the conveniences of home and luxuries that surprised me, including Wi-Fi access. I hope to stay at the Black Pearl again the next time I'm in Paris.

This apartment was the least favourite of any we've stayed in with Paris Autrement. It was clean and well stocked, however, the entrance to the building was covered in tarps and scaffolding when we arrived and we had to maneuver around it to get our luggage into the building and to enter and exit during our stay. The apartment itself was awkward; the way in and out of the bed was by crawling out at the foot because the room had no space on either side, the light switches were in closets, on the roof and around beams, the terrace was accessed through a window, the sinks were at chest level and there was an exceptionally large "beam" on the floor separating the dining room and living room. We did have an issue with the washer on our final night and the contact person was less than helpful. The redeeming quality for this apartment was its location, one block from Rue Bretagne and very close to the metro station.

Mobilier très défraichi, besoin d'un grand rafraichissement global; il serait utile de laisser des sacs,pastilles de lave-vaisselle et autres éléments de base. De plus réparations majeures à l'immeuble voisin, ouvriers négligents et peu prudents.

March 2017 / Great space and very comfortable. Excellent location. Drawbacks are two showers and one toilet, being on the second floor directly over bars that are open late. But as long as you know what you're getting into, enjoy the place! We did.

Très bel appartement très calme. Situation idéale. Très bon accueil. Seul petit bémol le canapé pour une personne du séjour est inconfortable (ressorts). Sommeil très difficile, il aurait besoin d’être changé.
