Octobre 2017 / Gregory was very nice and explain me everything very carefully, the apartment is beautiful, well located, clean, quiet... everything you need for your stay is two blocks from the house.

Bel appartement, mais malheureusement beaucoup trop bruyant par le voisinage de coté et du dessus ou nous avons du intervenir plusieurs fois en plein milieu de la nuit. Gros manque de vaisselle Sinon une belle adresse

October 2017 / This is a beautiful apartment in the Marais, within walking distance to amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and markets. It was a real pleasure to stay here, and highly recommend it to other travelers.

December 2017 / Excellent flat in a very central location. I was able to walk to cafe's, chocolate shops, shopping, groceries, etc. The Republique metro was a few blocks down and took me anywhere I needed to go. Excellent spot and highly recommended!

September 2017 / This apartment made us feel like we were "living" in a fantastic Parisian neighborhood. The apartment itself was cozy (yet spacious) and charming and the neighborhood lively. Everything you needed was right around the corner - great food from both French and non-French restaurants to boulangeries and cheese shops and a grocery store and pharmacy. The area was non-touristy, but very walkable to more touristy areas - Notre Dame being just a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Great place to stay, especially with young kids with all the necessary amenities (washer and dryer, full kitchen). There was also a kids park nearby which was one of the kids' favorite things to do. We plan to visit Paris again and hope to stay here again.

September 2017 / The apartment was cozy, clean and with all the necessary items. In a very good location. metro was in 3 minutes walking distance. There are many bars, restaurants and shops around. Vincent is very attentive and easy to communicate. chack in and chack out was very easy. The only thing I did not like was that the neighbors unjustly accused us of noise on the day, when we were not at home. We explained to Vincent that it was misunderstanding and mistake and he thanked us for explanation. In total, it was very pleasant trip for me and my family. Thanks to our hosts for tooking part in it.

October 2017 / What a delight! A beautifully appointed, brand new and elegant space. We were absolutely thrilled with this apartment which perfectly catered for our group. The apartment was on a stylish but quiet street, with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, metro, wine shop and beautiful park with playground all within a 5-minute walk. On the edge of the Marais district meant more beautiful places to browse and dine. On the pricier side but the ease of contact and welcome from the host made the overall experience so hassle free and simple. We would definitely stay again.

Septembre 2017 / Very nice and charming house in the heart of Le Marais but in a central court. You are at the heart of Paris and the action but you are isolated from the noise!

Octubre 2017 / Alojamiento excelente para 5 personas con una ubicación inmejorable con acceso a pie a la mayor parte de sitios interesantes. A 5 minutos de la estación de Les Halles que te conecta con todo París ( aeropuertos , Eurodisney y toda la red de Metro) A 3 minutos del Pompidu y a 10 de Notre Dame. Fantástica lel tamaño de las habitaciones y del Saló con cocina integrada. Las fotos describen a la perfección el apartamento que tiene acceso directo a la calle lo que lo hace muy cómodo

November 2017 / We had a wonderful stay at The Black Pearl! It was comfortable, convenient and a perfect home base for the couple days we were in Paris. The neighborhood is great and there is a wonderful organic breakfast/lunch place right across the street.

The place is perfect for those that want to be in a centrally located part of Paris. It’s located in a historic neighborhood full of unique boutiques, restaurants, and hip bars. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable and modern - it was recently updated with all the amenities you could need. Even though it’s in the heart of Le Marais, the space is quiet quiet at night. And the bed is comfy! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Octobre 2017 / Thank you very much for this beautiful appartment. It is located in the Center direct to the Centre Pompidou. Metro Station 1 Minute to walk. The Appartement is large enough for a Family with 3 children. The service was excellent. The vacuum cleaner was broken and we got a new one within hours.

Ludovic’s home was the perfect spot for our group to have as a base camp while we were exploring Paris. It’s very centrally located, with both major sites, the RER, and the Metro all in easy walking distance. The apartment itself is truly lovely and comfortable, I’d dare say even better than the pictures, and Ludovic himself was very responsive to every message and question we sent him. We had no problem at all sleeping four solo travelers here and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. I would be very happy to stay at Ludovic’s place again in the future, as it’s one of the best rental homes I’ve seen in Paris.

Je viens de vous envoyer un message mais il est possible qu'il ait été fait à partir de la mauvaise fenêtre. Pour le moment, je suis déçu par la complexité du service offert et le manque de clarté des informations fournies. Par exemple, ce n'est qu'apres avoir fait la réservation que j'ai appris que l'appartement était au 4 ème étage , que j'ai eu accès au contrat de location. Bref, me confirmer dans les meilleurs déalis: 1. que je peux payer le solde et le dépôt de garantie à partir de ma carte Mastercard (pour moi, la carte bleue ne me dit rien). 2. M'offir une assurance appropriée pour couvrir ce qui est demandé dans le contrat de location, y compris la responsabilité civile. J'attends votre réponse dans les meilleurs délais.
