Aout 2017 / I cannot rave enough about the stellar customer service I received from Vincent and Miguel (who checked us in). I booked this place last minute (day of, 30 minutes before their office closed at 6-7pm ish), and Vincent was unbelievably patient, helping me pick the place that would best suit my husband and me, discussing the details of each available apartment. Miguel checked us in 20 minutes later and showed us how to use each feature of the apartment - in the past years of booking airbnb & vrbo, I have never had anyone take me though each feature of a home and shown me how to use it (at best, I had to read or google directions on how to use international appliances). This apartment was clean, spacious, well-appointed and comfortable. We loved it! The best part was that the washer also had a dryer combo (albeit taking 6 hours for a wash/dry cycle, but better than air drying everything), which was crucial to us, coming toward the end of our 2 weeks vacation!

The location was perfect! We love Le Marais and the apartment was right in the middle of lovely cafes, restaurants and our favorite patisseries and chocolatiers. The apartment was also very accessible from the Hotel De Ville metro, it was fantastic. Highly recommended!

October 2017 / We are for 4 days in this flat at a business trip and we were very happy. The flat was beautiful, perfect area, very nice communication. Next year we will book again.

October 2017 / Charming apartment. Great location. It was the perfect home base for a family of 4 adults to explore Paris. Communication and check-in were easy. The bedrooms were bright, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pastry shop and cafe which are just outside the front door.

September 2017 / We loved our stay here. This newly refurbished apartment in a magnificent old building is stylish, comfortable and in such a brilliant location. We had a problem with lost luggage but got such wonderful help from the host's representative in sorting it out - merci Migeul... and the offer of toiletries and cleaning packs was so helpful too. You can't beat this location in the Nord Marais, with so many excellent bars and restaurants in the street and area. It's close to two metro stations, so you really couldn't pick a better place to stay in central Paris to explore the city.
