December 2017 / Our family of six enjoyed a lovely vacation in Paris. The apartment was so comfortable and cozy, and we loved returning each evening after a busy day of adventures in Paris. The Marais neighborhood is upscale and full of good restaurants, bars, and shops. It is very convenient to the major tourist areas. We loved our visit!

Mai 2017 / The apartment is in a great location, just around the corner from Place des Vosges and a short walk to the great cafes and bistros in the heart of the Marais. It was exceptionally hot during our stay in Paris and, although the apartment doesn't have AC, it was cool and comfortable at all times. We were met by Miguel before the official check in time of 2pm. He was very friendly and informative. Thanks!

Septembre 2017 / Enjoyed our 2 stays at Invitation apt. Fully appreciated you stored 2 suitcases in Paris when we were off to the South of France. Our apt in Marais was very central and convenient to shopping and visits to "classical sites". Grégory and Ludovic were very helpful. Thank you. Will definitely consider staying in your apts. next time we visit Paris.

December 2017 / This place was great! We were 6 people and fit like I was in my own house. I couldn’t ask for the place to be any better than it was. There was a bit of construction throughout the building but nothing loud at night or in the morning and no inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again when I go back to Paris. Thank you

September 2017 / The apartment was modern yet cozy, very spacious for our group of seven, and easily accessible. Light dimmers worked great except for the dining area that flickered intermittently. My family was very comfortable and would highly consider the space for future trips in Paris.

Very warm welcome by Paris Autrement with great Parisian tips to help us enjoy Paris to the fullest. Great also to have the option to store our hand luggage in the Paris Autrement office while we spent another day in Paris. Very much appreciated!

September 2017 / This is a great apartment, in one of the best neighborhoods to stay in in Paris. Vincent was prompt and easy to work with for check in and check out, and we had no problems with the apartment during our stay. This was extremely comfortable for 6, and even worked well for 8 people. Would highly recommend any group or family to stay here.

Octobre 2017 / We had a wonderful stay at Cafe Gourmand. Perfect location to the Metro, local shops and walkable to all of the sights of the city. The kitchen exceeded our expectations and the living space was generous - the ultimate location to unwind after a long day in the city. The apartment was incredibly quiet - allowing for long, restful nights of sleep.

Bonjour Je n'ai pas reçu de mail de vous, nous sommes maintenant 15 jours pré départ. Je n'ai pas d'objection de régler la caution et le solde d'emblée par carte VISA si c'est préférable (je préfère ce ceci à un paiement à l'arrivée.). Pour résumer, le solde est de 2074.14 euros, et la caution de 2000 euros est bien remboursable au départ? Finalement, nous arrivons sur un vol de Montréal le matin vers 8:00. Savez-vous s'il est possible de prendre possession de l'appartement plus tôt? Si non, est-ce possible de déposer nos bagages? Merci Françoise Giard

Bonjour, J'ai réservé l'appartement du 15 novembre au 16 décembre mais j'y arriverai en personne seulement le samedi 18 novembre. Je n'ai pas encore l'heure exacte puisque mon billet d'avion n'est pas encore acheté mais j'arriverais probablement autour de 11h AM. Est-ce qu'il y aura des frais supplémentaires pour la remise des clés? Merci.

Upon first entering the apartment the overall impression was modern and stylish. The location was good as well. However, these are the only positives I can say in regards to this apartment. On our first night we got in very late after sightseeing and eating dinner to find the linens on the bed to be filthy. The pillowcase had black stains/dirt in various places. It appeared to be a shoe print. The sheets had hairs located throughout. We contacted the main office, as well as, the gentleman, Anthony, who let us into the apartment upon arrival. We also sent several pictures to Anthony showing the dirty circumstances. However, no one responded until the next morning so therefore we had to sleep 3 people on the sofa sleeper and our daughter had to sleep in the chair. Needless to say it made for a miserable night. We were told someone would come back to reclean on our second day and that we didn't need to be there. When we returned on our second day the pillowcase was still dirty and there were hairs on the flat sheets/comforter. Therefore, we had to use our blankets given to us on the airplane as covers throughout the duration of our stay. The shower was also dirty. Black mildew in various places. Bathroom floor was filfthy, as well and had hair scattered throughout. We were supplied a minimal amount of towels, however, we had a washer and dryer. After purchasing laundry detergent, we realized we couldn't operated the machine. We contacted Anthony for instructions and he asked us to send pictures of the washing machine and we did immediately. Anthony never responded and we never heard from him or anyone else for the duration of our stay. We researched the internet hoping to find instructions, however, we had no luck. Therefore, our family of 4 had to reuse the same towels for our entire stay, so gross! We were fortunate the majority of our visit in Paris was spent somewhere other than this apartment. Filfthy linens, dirty shower and bathroom floor and damp smelly towels made for a miserable stay at this location.

Bel appartement, beaucoup de charme. Merci à l'équipe de ParisAutrement pour l’accueil plus tôt que prévu ce qui m'a permis de commencer ma journée de travail soulagée de mes bagages, l'esprit tranquille, et les clefs dans la poche. I have been very disappointed on this apartment. The bath is awfully small, it's impossiple to use even the water closet and get off from shower is very difficult, the mosaic of the shower is unsticked in several points. Several lights of the house weren't working Wi-fi was working for just few hours of the first day, than it was impossible to use it (connection denieded). Orrible smell all over the day of chinese food, expecially at night time. The kitchen hasn't the right equipment, old, dirty and few cutlery and mugs (dark for dirtyness), no corkscrew, not enough glasses to drink wine. This apartment is awfully terrible and with the worse ordinary maintenance I've ever found renting apartment. Last year in february I rent an apt throught you web site in rue au rosie, it was fantastic. Bel air has been a nightmare and you weren't able to give assistance to us. Althought, I've written several message to Gregoory, to ask assistance, and he never come to help us.

December 2017 / This apartment is in a great location....close to shops, restaurants, metro and sights. It was clean, spacious and very quiet....plenty of room for our family of 5 for 10 days. Guillaume was a very responsive and accommodating host throughout the entire booking process which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.
