Dans une rue charmante allant de la Seine à la très commerçante rue St Antoine, et tout près de la Pl des Vosges, magique à toute heure. Calme absolu le soir. Très lumineux le jour. Accueil parfait, Grégory très efficace et aimable. Je recommande cet appartement.

Juillet 2017 / Appartement très bien aménagé et conforme aux photos/descriptifs. Cuisine et SdB modernes et équipées avec qualité. L'agencement ingénieux permet de séjourner à 4 sans problèmes. Très lumineux avec vues très originales sur les toits du BHV, l'Hotel de Ville et Notre Dame. Embarras du choix et à très courte distance pour courses, restaurants, bars. Très central. Accueil parfait, Anthony très efficace et disponible.

November 2017 / This place was perfect for our needs. 2 true beds plus a relatively comfortable pull-out in the heart of the city--easy walk to several restaurants and stores, and of course easy metro access to the rest of the city. Ludovic was very flexible and accommodating. He works with a team that is quick to respond, so when we weren't able to make our check-in time, it wasn't a problem to send someone else a couple hours later with keys to do a quick walk through. The only (minor) con is that only one of the two baths features a toilet, so plan accordingly with if you have a larger group. And, in general, European baths probably aren't as large as what Americans are used to having, so could be uncomfortable for some. Overall I definitely recommend and would use again in the future.

A great location, but a shame that the furniture was stained and dirty, there was a table so unstable it was impossible to use, there were no instructions about where to put the rubbish etc, and on the TV there was not a single channel tuned in that was in English. No BBC world news or even CNN. A lack of attention to detail - this could have been a lovely place to stay with a bit more effort, but we will not come back.

August 2017 / A fabulous Paris apartment. The apartment is beautifully appointed and decorated. It is central to many shops and wonderful bars and restaurants in Le Marais. Very comfortable and the perfect base for a Parisian adventure. The communication was efficient and the welcome was very professional and thorough. I will definitely stay here again when I'm next in Paris.

November 2017 / Great space for family reunions. We had our two daughters, their husbands and three toddlers with us. Ludovic got three cribs for us. Great space. You should know that the staircase takes care in using. Great location.

Mai 2017 / Rouge Baiser is an exceptional location within walking distance of many of the must see sights in central Paris. Shopping is but a few steps from the entrance. The street below was a chorus of sounds and a bouquet of wonderful smells from the restaurants. The apartment is modern with a contemporary appeal. Yet, evidence of the old structure remain as a quaint reminder of its history. Comfortably furnished with the essentials. The bed is just right. Would consider renting Rouge Baiser on future trips. One down side was the 4 story climb up the winding stairs: this apartment would not be a good choice for anyone with ailments that would require use of a lift (elevator).
