August 2015 / Our stay in Paris was perfect and our experience with the apartment was a large part of the reason. The location was incredible and we would gladly stay again on our next visit to Paris. We were greeted at the apartment right on time (on a Sunday) and given a brief walk through. The area was just close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to walk or catch the Metro everywhere. It was also just far away from everything that it was nice and peaceful in the evening. Our daughter (9) loved the loft as her hide-a-way from the adults.

August 2015 / We had a wonderful time staying in Ludovic's apartment. It was exactly as described--bright, spacious, very clean--and he and his representative were extremely responsive and kind. Would love to return. Highly recommended.

Septembre 2015 : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beau de Beaubourg. A charming place, so close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, metro and even Left Bank access. Comfortable flat. Would stay at same place again!

June 2015 / This is a great apartment in a very convenient location - exactly what we were searching for. Beds were very comfortable and spacious bathroom was good for the 3 of us. I stayed with my wife and niece. We were greeted by a very friendly representative of the agent who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. Overall, a very smooth process and would definitely recommend staying here.

September 2015 / We had a fantastic time staying at Plein Coeur. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We had six in our party and were very comfortable here. The location is fabulous, only a few minute walk to the metro. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping right out the door. I would definitely recommend staying here!

February 2016 / A truly wonderful place to stay in Paris! We had a great welcome from Anthony and a thorough walkthrough of the features of the apartment. The space was modern, yet had the beams exposed from the original building. The location was really fantastic, just steps away from great restaurants, bars, shops, and several metro and RER lines. Despite being so close to so much, it was extraordinarily quiet. Amenities were very nice (including flawless wifi) and all fixtures and kitchen tools quite modern. Ludovic was available to answer any questions throughout the stay. Recommended for couples or small families wishing to explore Paris from a very comfortable home base.

July 2015 / This appartment was very comfortable and served as a nice base for exploring "Le Marais" and the rest of Paris. We travelled as a family of three, and our 11 year old was also very pleased. Remember to buy fresh croissants from the bakery two steps away!

June 2015 / The apartment was excellent. The high ceilings and large windows made it feel very spacious. The apartment is well furnished and equipped for both short and long stays. The bed is comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and sheets. Lots of storage space for clothes. The water pressure and temperature were very good too. I also enjoyed the location very much. Close to the heart of the Marais and to several subway stations, yet positioned in the middle of a quiet street. Lots of amenities nearby too, including restaurants, groceries, hair salons and wine shops. I would stay again here on future trips to Paris. Thank you, Ludovic!

September 2015 / Location of apartment was perfect, close to St Paul metro which was central to lot of other connections, supermarket and cafes / bistros nearby. Once inside courtyard and in apartment it was very quiet and peaceful could not hear any noise or traffic from street. Instruction brochure on use of washer/dryer would have been useful. Very comfortable and spacious place for couple, happy to stay there again on our return visit to Paris. Overall Guest Satisfaction: 5/5

September 2015 / This place was fantastic. I loved the open floor plan and the high ceilings. The location was so great and it is so close to so many great parts of the city. Lots of restaurants and art galleries around there. Grocery store is one block away. The hosts were so nice and I felt very welcome there. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment. Also, very quiet. And the sofa bed is so comfortable I will be looking to buy one for myself. It was very easy to open and had a strong and firm mattress on it.

I will be arriving at Charles de Gaulle Airport at 2:15 on Sunday, May 24th. Please advise me of the best way to get to the apartment by train. What train? What Station? What metro line from there?

Malgré l'achalandage bruyant du boulevard et l'animation du quartier, l'appartement donne sur une cour intérieure des plus paisibles. Il est confortable, bien équipé et on y dort très bien. Excellent séjour!

Ma 2e réservation avec Paris Autrement, cet appartement est un véritable coup de cour. Il est étonnamment spacieux, très bien équipé, récemment rénové avec goût et il offre une vue magnifique. Évidemment, il est aussi très bien situé. Merci, nous y reviendrons!
