We will be there around 4:00-5:00 P.M., how can we receive the keys of the apartment, it will be any person there, for waiting for us? 2. In the last day, we would like to let our luggage more than 11:00 o’clok (until 3.30 P.M., probably); it is possible? 3. When do we revceive back this 500 euro, if all the goods will be ok in the apartment, after our acomodation? Thank you!

Septembre 2015 : We liked our apartment in the Marais very much and if we return to Paris, which is our goal, we will try to stay there again. Three things we liked about this apartment include the large and comfortable bed, the number of plugs for various electronic gear, and the location. I would gladly recommend renting from Paris Autrement.

June 2015 / Great Apartment! My fiance and I stayed here for 7 nights and it was fantastic. Location was great, the apartment is spacious, EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN, the bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was nice. (Extra clean towels and sheets). We met Romain, who was very nice and explained how everything worked in the house and gave us the key, gave us his personal number if we had any questions. We had no problems and just a great time in this apartment. Would definitely recommend this Apartment.

Juillet 2015 : Appartamento identico alle aspettative, piccolino ma completo di tutto cio che serve ad una coppia con bimba. Appartamento in pieno centro con 2 fermate metrò linea 8 a pochi passi. Bello il viale pieno di negozi, supermercati, panifici e altro. Molto seria l'agenzia, disponibilissimo il sig. Ludovic (parla anche in italiano) che ci ha accolto 1 ora prima dell'orario previsto per il check in e dopo ci ha consentito anche di lasciare l'appartamento alle 14 anzichè alle 11. Davvero complimenti mi sento di consigliarlo a tutti. p.s. se proprio devo trovare un piccolissimo difetto forse il tavolo dove si pranza che per le abitudini italiane preferiamo quello alto dove mettere le gambe, per il resto tutto ok.

Mai 2015 : Depuis plusieurs années à chaque séjour nous réservons ce beau studio dans un quartier mythique où tous les déplacements se font à pied ou en bus. Nous recommandons de renouveler la vaisselle qui tend à diminuer.

June 2015 / This apartment was wonderful. The photos are completely accurate, and the space feels larger than you would imagine due to the open layout and the amazing natural light. My mother and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed coming "home" every day. The neighborhood is central to great shops, restaurants, and shopping. We cooked some meals in the beautiful kitchen, too. The apartment feels perfectly organized and kept up well. Make sure to bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, as that is not provided (and we did not expect it). The internet is fast and gave us no problems. Overall we loved this apartment, would suggest that anyone interested absolutely stay here, and we hope to stay in an apartment of Ludovic's when we are back in Paris.

May 2015 / The host who met us at the apartment was Fantastic. He showed how the details of the apartment and said he was available if we needed anything, which was reassuring. The apartment location was superb. There were a numbers of places to eat nearby and the metro stops were just a few blocks away. We were close enough to walk to Notre Dame and just 2 stops away from the Louvre. We were a party of 4 girlfriends, 2 slept in the small queen bed, and the other 2 slept on the couch, which folded down. We were comfortable. The room is compact, but we were able to manage our huge luggage and all get in and out of the shower...enough mirrors to do make-up and all the girly things, and a washer to do a quick load of laundry. The kitchenette was convenient, but we didn't cook anything. In May, we kept the windows open and didn't need a fan.

July 2015 / This apartment was fantastic! It's in a great location, a not touristy, more authentic Paris neighborhood. The apartment was welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The hosts clearly put significant effort into making this a wonderful stay. They were phenomenal in communicating with us prior and during our stay. They provide a binder full of resources and recommendations. we would recommend it to anybody visiting Paris.

June 2015 / Very nice flat and great location, agree on the second room being snug but fine for friends to share.

July 2015 / Rouge Baiser was a very nice apartment with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, eating area, and one couch with a pull-out bed. There was enough room for a family of 5 (two adults, three young children). Location is excellent with plenty of restaurants, grocery and markets, and the Les Halles métro stop. The flat lacks air conditioning--and can get hot--and is on the fourth floor without access to elevator. Check-in was very smooth and owners / managers are responsive by e-mail. Overall Guest Satisfaction 5/5

Mai 2015 : Although small and simple, the apartment is comfortable (& comfy bed), very clean, and all that is needed is there. We did not want a big hotel but instead to live like most Parisians in center of town and wow was it wonderful! The only worrisome item was trying to predict an accurate meeting time with the manager, difficult due to airport arrival, retrieving luggage, shuttle to the apartment, etc. Location is perfect with cafes, grocers, pharmacies, everything within 1/2 block, with Metro & monuments within 4 minutes walking. 2 grocers and a restaurant right under us on a pedestrian-only street (quieter that way) with a main boulevard within 50 feet. Very safe with two locking gates leading to stairwell. Not fancy, but an inexpensive wonderful experience. Thank you Paris Autrement.

June 2015 / The apartment is perfectly located in the Marais area - close to centre Pompidou, Picasso museum, Norte Dame & plenty other attractions. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & bars only a few metres away. The apartment itself was clean & comfortable - as described. Highly recommended
