What a wonderful apartment in quiet but yet lively neighborhood! We really loved our stay and could not have been happier!! Our hosts were thoughtful and helpful,particularly Anthony. Great places to eat and drink everywhere and an easy walk to Notre Dame and the river. Not far from Gare de Lyon and it was extremely easy to catch a cab right in front on the apartment . High recommend this apartment. Perfect for our group (three adults)

Io e la mia famiglia siamo appena rientrati da Parigi dopo aver soggiornato in questo appartamento nel Marais. Tutto e' stato positivo a partire dal sito web,dalle risposte per mail ricevute ad ogni mia richiesta,alla ricezione al momento dell'arrivo, alla permanenza nel quartiere fino alla partenza. Siamo arrivati in anticipo e subito Romain ci e' venuto ad accogliere con grande professionalita' e disponibilita'.Anche dopo e' sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta.L'appartamento e' confortevole,situato in una zona tranquilla e soprattutto nel quartiere che penso sia il piu' bello di Parigi soprattutto per viverci. Juin 2015 : We had a wonderful time and could not have been happier with our stay at l'enfant rouge. Romain was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was just as it appeared on the web and was lovely, clean and quiet. The area was perfect - very family friendly and many great eating options. appartement très mal insonorisé, nuits eprouvantes! bas de plafond, impossible de tenir droit dans la douche et fréquent retour d'egout dans les sanitaires. Ma plus mauvaise location depuis longtemps!! A eviter

Mai 2015 / Lugar muy bien ubicado, exactamente igual a lo que describe la pagina de internet y las fotos, el personal muy amable, y el departamento muy nuevo y equipado, las contras como la falta de ascensor estaban indicadas en la pagina de internet así que no hay nada que observar ni de que quejarse. Muy recomendable!!!!

Aboné el resto de la estadia; los € 500 restantes correspondientes a la garantia seran entregados el dia de llegada al departamento en efectivo. Muchas gracias! Saludos Cintia

Is really sad write a bad review with a nice apartment, but the service received from the staff was terrible. We have a small issue with the kitchen device, and still waiting for an answer. We have a BIG PROBLEM with the code for the main door in the apartment, and also no solution from the PARIS AUTREMENT side. As I mention, the apartment is wonderful, in a nice location, but if you have any problem, they will answer the phone, but don't expect a solution.

October 2015 / We were met promptly at the apartment by Miguel, and he spent all the time we needed getting us acquainted with the apartment and the area. This beautiful apartment is spacious, with huge windows, great furnishings, and two large bathrooms. We will likely return to this great apartment in a super location in the Marais.

May 2015 / This apartment is incredible, with modern amenities, lots of space, and great light in the large living room during the afternoon. It is located on the edge of Le Marais, which is a great neighborhood for shops, restaurants, bars, and general exploring. The flat is on a small quiet street, and the bedroom is in the back of the flat, so it is very very quiet despite being near this bustling neighborhood. The flat was exceptionally clean, and the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Ludovic was very communicative prior to our arrival. Just a short walk from several different Metro lines, I highly, highly recommend this apartment to anyone that will be exploring Paris for a few days.

Avril 2015 / L'agent a été très accueillant, ils nous a donné beaucoup d'informations sur comment se déplacer. L'appartement était bien situé, dans une rue et un quartier calme, facile d'accès grâce au métro.

May 2015 / Excellent accommodation and exceptionally quiet. Lovely welcome from Miguel. Not sure about the apartment being for 4 persons as there are only relaxing chairs for 3 maximum. It didn't bother us as we were only 2! Overall Guest Satisfaction 5/5

L'appartement était vraiment bien situé. La description de l'appart reflétait assez bien la réalité, à part peut-¸être pour la tranquilité de l'endroit. La cour intérieure est loin d'être calme avec des gens qui entrent à toute heure et quittent tôt le matin en jetant leurs trucs au recyclage, bruyamment. Les cafés de la rue qui donnent sur la chambre arrière attirent une foule bruyante, et cela ne manquait pas de nous tenir éveillés. Probablement que nous n'aurions pas vécu cela si nous avions loué cet appartement en une saison plus fraîche. Enfin, une couche de peinture, des rideaux propres ainsi que réparations mineures (plinthe qui ne cesse de tomber dans la cuisine et support de douche téléphone qui tient de peur) auraient rendu le séjour plus agréable. Il reste que pour le prix et la localisation, on vit l'expérience Paris assez bien. Bien que la salle de bain soit petite, elle est fonctionnelle, ce qui n'est définitivement pas le cas de la cuisine. Vive les restos à emporter du coin, qui ne manquent pas.

Avril 2015 : We really enjoyed the apartment. It was located close to the Metro and made it easy to get around Paris. It was also close to excellent stores for groceries, bread, wine, etc. Overall, a pleasurable stay in Paris that we would recommend to others.

We have submitted a report but also wanted to add that the toilet position is difficult and it would be very difficult for a tall or large person to use. The shower is also very hot and difficlult to control. The window box needs painting and the flowers in the window box were dead - not a good look.

Juillet 2015 : Un'oasi di tranquillità! Abbiamo trascorso 5 bellissimi giorni e l'appartamento per noi era come un oasi nella bellissima, ma turbolenta Parigi! Il giardino sul quale affaccia offre una tranquillità surreale per una metropoli. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
