L'appartement était vraiment bien situé. La description de l'appart reflétait assez bien la réalité, à part peut-¸être pour la tranquilité de l'endroit. La cour intérieure est loin d'être calme avec des gens qui entrent à toute heure et quittent tôt le matin en jetant leurs trucs au recyclage, bruyamment. Les cafés de la rue qui donnent sur la chambre arrière attirent une foule bruyante, et cela ne manquait pas de nous tenir éveillés. Probablement que nous n'aurions pas vécu cela si nous avions loué cet appartement en une saison plus fraîche. Enfin, une couche de peinture, des rideaux propres ainsi que réparations mineures (plinthe qui ne cesse de tomber dans la cuisine et support de douche téléphone qui tient de peur) auraient rendu le séjour plus agréable. Il reste que pour le prix et la localisation, on vit l'expérience Paris assez bien. Bien que la salle de bain soit petite, elle est fonctionnelle, ce qui n'est définitivement pas le cas de la cuisine. Vive les restos à emporter du coin, qui ne manquent pas.

Avril 2015 : We really enjoyed the apartment. It was located close to the Metro and made it easy to get around Paris. It was also close to excellent stores for groceries, bread, wine, etc. Overall, a pleasurable stay in Paris that we would recommend to others.

We have submitted a report but also wanted to add that the toilet position is difficult and it would be very difficult for a tall or large person to use. The shower is also very hot and difficlult to control. The window box needs painting and the flowers in the window box were dead - not a good look.

Juillet 2015 : Un'oasi di tranquillità! Abbiamo trascorso 5 bellissimi giorni e l'appartamento per noi era come un oasi nella bellissima, ma turbolenta Parigi! Il giardino sul quale affaccia offre una tranquillità surreale per una metropoli. Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Cet appartient est lumineux et potentileemnt agréa pour les gens petis. Mais a ne pas pour si vous faite plus de 1m75. Apres 24 heure je me suis cogne au moins dix fois gravement. De plus le ménage n'a pas été fait dans les coins ou il reste plein de poussière.

May 2015 / So quiet. This apartment and the building are very quiet. Located on a small side street, you are a short walk from anything you need - grocery, restaurants, shopping, all are very convenient. We discovered a restaurant a few doors down that is located in the oldest house in Paris! The apartment has a lot of windows and is bright and spacious (for 2 people!) as pictured. Even though it's not in these pictures, there is a door for the bedroom. Ludovic and Gregory were very quick to respond and met us at the apartment at the appointed time. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

April 2015 / This is the third time in the past year and a half that we've stayed at one of Ludovic's apartments and, as always, the experience was fantastic. To be perfectly honest, the pictures as good as they are do not quite do this apartment justice - it is an amazing flat. Very spacious by Parisian standards and in a brilliant location just around the corner from a metro station and at the top of the Marais, close to cafes and restaurants and still only a relatively short walk into the city. What is more, this is an extremely quiet apartment. But what is probably best about this apartment is how quickly you feel at home in it; my girlfriend and I genuinely looked forward to returning at the end of our days wandering the streets of Paris and we both remarked how much we wish this were our actual flat in Paris! Anthony was a wonderful contact and took good care of us when ever we had questions or concerns and he was particularly helpful with my girlfriend who experienced some misfortune upon her arrival in Paris. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and we would definitely look to stay here again for any future trips to the best city in the world.

Octobre 2015 : This wonderful apartment was a dream to stay in. Everything we needed was there and plenty of room to move. Loved every minute of our stay here and will definitely book it again next time we are in Paris. We have stayed in four different apartments in this area now and this one is the answer to all our needs. A lovely little home away from home. Many thanks!

May 2015 / I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple visiting Paris! The apartment was VERY clean and the setup was perfect. We had never been to Paris and we are so lucky to have picked a place in such a great neighborhood. Great restaurants, cafes, shopping and really close to all the sights! We were an hour late getting to the apartment and the renter was so nice and understanding. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

April 2015 / This apartment was great! Bright, clean, comfortable. It's basically a 2-bedroom with a pull-out couch. Easy access to everything! The neighborhood is fabulous - especially Place de Vosges (my daughter loved playing there). The Metro is a 2-block walk and there are literally TONS of great places to eat. You can walk to Notre Dame or Le Marais. Ludovic was very responsive when I was looking for a place in Paris. We were checked-in to the apartment by Miguel, who was warm and super helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

June 2015 / We had a very successful stay at Cafe Gourmand, 84 Rue de Turrene. Ludovic was accessible and responsive during the booking process, including two changes we made after our original booking. When we arrived we were met at the apartment promptly at the appointed time, and found it exactly as advertised, clean, and well stocked with towels and linens. We felt the value was appropriate to the apartment. We easily found shops with essentials at the next corner, and a market within a few blocks. The apartment is very well situated within a quiet inner courtyard with easy access to the metro and sights, and the neighborhood contains many cafes, restaurants, museums, and shops. We would definitely return, and hope to someday! Thank you, Ludovic!!

April 2015 / This apartment was exactly as it appears and an amazing area to stay in for our honeymoon. We arrived in Paris early before our check in but Ludovic allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could go out to eat breakfast before our apartment was ready for us. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

July 2015 / Great apartment in central Paris for a family. We stayed with our three young children (ages 6-10) and had everything we needed in a very comfortable and spacious apartment by Parisian standards. Very well equipped kitchen and living area. Safe, clean and comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend.

Juin 2015: The Apartment was well situated with short walks to metro station Bastille where you can pick up lines 1,5 or 8. Short walk to wander the Marais or 10 minute walk to Ile St Louis or Ile de la Cite (Notre Dame). Apartment is well supplied with everything you might need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
