Mars 2015 : Perfect location, very nice apartment for a couple.

August 2014: The perfect apartment for five adults visiting Paris for the first time. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and it was a smart idea to have two separate shower stalls in the bathroom. Only a 10-15 minute walk to Notre Dome, Pompidou, shopping, farmers market & other sites. Also, the apartment is located across the street from the restaurant "Le Petit Fer a Cheval", which was featured on Anthony Bourdain's - Layover in Paris; we had the duck for dinner - yummy! Thank you for making our first experience in Paris memorable.

October 2014 / Nice flat in great location in Marais. Walking distance to Metro, many cafés, shops, etc. Perfect location in the city for a nice walk to Notre Dame, Seine, Latin Quarter, etc. Flat had one master bedroom with a queen, and another bedroom with a large twin/full (plus trundle, but that would be tight). Apparently the couch in living area can be a bed but we didn't use it. Great bathroom and living and kitchen area. Perfect space for three single female travelers. Flat has all amenities- iron, hair dryer, washer, dryer. Be sure to go to nearby market and by soap and toilet paper on the first day and you'll be fine.

L’appartement vous accueille avec une odeur de renfermé prononcée. Ĺe sol en bois est disjoint. Ĺe plafond est taché et lâche des poussières. Ĺa vaisselle très propre était déposée dans les placards et range-couverts sales (intérieur et extérieur). Ĺe WC est bancal. Odeur de fumée. Chasse d’eau avec broyeur bruyante. Extracteur d’air bruyant. Le robinet ne correspond pas au lavabo (trop court). Ĺe carrelage est troué. La literie a une odeur de chien persistante. L’appartement est idéalement situé et très calme la nuit. Ĺe jour, travaux de rénovation en cours.

September 2014 / Fabulous apartment in a wonderful location! Communication with ludovic & vincent was terrific, as was the handover of keys. We were delighted to have such a spacious apartment right in the heart of paris. We could walk everywhere then return home and have many fabulous restaurants on our doorstep. The apartment was very private, quiet and super well equipped. I would highly recommend this apartment and our hosts.

July 2014 / We spent nice days in Paris. The appartment was just what we need, well equiped, good area, near centre city and at the same time quiet and relaxing so we could rest of our hard journeys visiting museums, walking around the city and enjoying Paris. September 2014 / I had a wonderful stay with my two children. The location of the apartment was fantastic, close to everything. The place offered us everything we needed for our 4 days. You need a little fitness to climb up the stairs to the 5th floor, but its beautiful to look over the rooftops of Paris and the street you live in. Paris a city to fall in love with!! July 2014 / We've been living in Ludovic's apartments at St. Martin — really nice location, 1 minute walk from Pompidou center. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the owner even offered us a cab from the airport. I will definitely recommend others to stay there.

October 2014 / We had a very pleasent stay at the appartement. The location is great for shopping, sight seeing and restaurants 3min to the Louvre. Also there is a grocery store across the street, which was great in terms of water, coffe etc. The flat itself was very clean and chik. The communicatin worked out great- all our questions were answered very quickly and frindly. As we arrived, someone was already awaiting us with the key. So receiving the the key and entering the app. was just smooth. I can only recommend the app. Thanks!

Appart propre, confortable,calme et très bien situé (5/10min à pied de Notre Dame et l'Hotel de ville).Parking des forum des halles un peu plus loin que les autres mais vraiment moins chèr. Personnel de l'agence très sérieux et disponible. Merci d'avoir contribué à ce beau séjour parisien. Jeune couple avec 2 jeunes enfants.

August 2014 / We really enjoyed staying in Le Marais district. The apartment was conveniently located. Easy to get to the train and we were able to walk to many beautiful locations. Août 2014 / We very much enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean and was in an ideal location. On our last day we were able to leave our luggages with staff at the agency and as we had 3 small children, one of the staff kindly took us to one of the RER station to Gare du nord, didnt take his name but thank u so much u were ever so helpful. October 2014 / Our experience at Beleza could not have been better, the handover was smooth and flexible..because we missed our train and arrived later. The apartment is beautiful and in a almost perfect for those wanting to experience the local community, and feel like one is living in Paris...the smell of freshly baked bread woke us in the morning and even tho the road was being worked on outside ( would love to see the street finished) we didn't find it an inconvienience.
