July 2014 / This is the first time I have used an apartment rental service, I have to admit I was a little nervous after paying on-line, not knowing what the apartment would be like. It was exactly as pictured, and perfect for my family of 5, it is in a lovely neighbourhood and within easy walking distance of everything we needed. Vincent and Ludovic were incredibly helpful and I have no reservation in recommending this apartment and would love to stay there again! Overall Guest Satisfaction : 5/5

August 2014 / Our stay in this apartment was great! Very good furniture, services, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The neighborhood is very nice and served. The location is excellent. The description correspond with the apartment and the check in was quick and regular. Really advisable.

July 2014 / We dealt with Ludovic during the booking process and he was very helpful and responsive. All of our questions were answered prior to arrival and we felt confident we were renting a nice apartment. Our confidence was rewarded upon our arrival- Vincent made arrangements to meet us and through great communication we met with him at the apartment at the exact time he said he would be there. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The apartment itself was in a great area- restaurants, bars, and even shopping markets very close outside the door. It is in a perfect spot for touring all of the major sites of the city. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we really felt at home. The beds were comfortable and clean. We will definitely look to rent this apartment next time we are in Paris. Overall Guest Satisfaction : 5/5

September 2014 / Fantastic location. Beautiful, very clean, quiet place to stay. Especially if you are not looking for stairs. Great restaurants, bars and shopping all over. Metros just a few minutes away. I would highly recommend staying here if traveling to Paris.

July 2014 / My stay at ludovics flat was wonderful. Great location. Very nice and clean. I would absolutely stay there again. He allowed me to check in early and was in great communication with me the entire time. I would recommend to anyone to stay there

September 2014 / the apartment was very lovely. well appointed and great for two people. its in the new fancy part of paris and great central location. the communication with the team before arrival was great. there was an issue with an outside door (the door code had changed and the person who greeted us didnt know the new code) and we ended up having to go a round about way for the first 3 days we were in the apartment. other than that it was a great experience.

September 2014 / The apartment is very much as described and Vincent met us on time. Bedroom, living room, and bath are very nice. Lots of light and very comfortable. The window awnings give lots of air and can be rolled down for privacy. The inner courtyard cuts out the noise of city traffic. Location is very good next to the Pompidou and a very short walk to Hotel de Ville Metro #1 line. Also easy to grab a bus to Gare Nord or Gare Est on Bd. Sebastopol which we took advantage of. Would recommend this 3rd floor apartment highly. Overall Guest Satisfaction : 5/5
