April 2014 / The place is in the heart of Paris. It's near many stellar restaurants and attractions. Le Marais is hip & the flat fits the bill. If you stay, do yourself a favor and eat at the market around corner. In 3 weeks of travel, I haven't had food that fresh and tasty. Many thanks for having me in Paris.

April 2014 / Great location and a very cool place. Enough bed for 6 plus the sofa bed....which was fine. 1 bathroom shower was ok as the toilet was in a seperate room by itself...although a very, very small room. Everything was great and had no problems. I'd recommend it to anyone.

April 2014 / Myself and my two sisters stayed at the Vachement apartment and we were very pleased. Ludovic was very easy to deal with prior and during our stay. It was a lovely apartment overlooking a private courtyard area, good size for the three of us and as pictured in the photos. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, tourist attractions (right beside Pompidou Centre) and Le Marais area. Would recommend!

May 2014 / The location was so perfect!! Walking distance to almost everything. Love the apartment and actually appreciated the 4 flights up for exercise! It is a great space-large and comfortable and the bed was heaven.Clean and all the amenities. Vincent arrived on time as I was having a cafe creme at the cafe beside the apartment and was extremely helpful.Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. Loved looking at the rooftops of Paris. June 2014 / We had a really nice time at the Primivera flat. Romain was there to meet us early and explained everything to us. The flat was in a great location, close to many restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. It's also close to a grocery store. It's a 5 minute walk to the Les Halles Metro stop where we were able to go everywhere. The apartment was spacious enough for our party of five and had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend this flat for anyone visiting Paris that wants to live a central location. It's within walking distance to the Notre Dame and from there, we walked to many other attractions.

April 2014 / The apartment Bonjour Paris is exceptional. It is huge. I live in Paris and I can tell you that this place is very very large, especially for Europe and there is no way you could recreate a space like this in a hotel, especially at such a good price point. The bedroom is quiet, with a big bed and has windows that open to the courtyard. The bathroom, with bath, is large and is next to the bedroom. This area can be cordoned off and even locked. The lounge and kitchen area is open-plan with a full-sized kitchen, breakfast bar and huge couch and lounge area. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, so you won't wake the person in the bedroom during the night. The lounge/kitchen windows are double-glazed too so it's very quiet. The street itself is tiny and also quiet, which is great considering it's off rue de Turenne, which is a busy street in Paris. Metro Chemin Vert is 4 mins walk away and you are, literally, 1 minute from Place des Voges. It is the perfect location to both explore the city and feel like you are part of a neighbourhood. My Mother adored her stay here and I will be recommending Ludovic and his team to my friends & family who come and stay in Paris.

April 2014 / It is a great place to stay. The place is well equiped you won't have the need to look for anything, there is a light adapter, wi-fi, plates, blender, microwave, everything, believe me. In the same street you will find many stores to buy groceries and there is even a drug store. In regard the transportation, you have Rambuteau Station just 1 minute from the building entrance. The place is not far from Notre Dame and Hotel de Ville. This place is just great. Thanks Ludovic and Vincent!

June 2014 / My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Bella Citta the week of May 25th. We were certainly nervous about finding the perfect apartment in a great (and safe) location. Bella Citta was fortunately perfect in all respects. From the first point of reservation, the experience was positive. Paris Autrement (and Ludovic and Vincent) made the reservation process easy through the use of its website, but more important was the responsiveness of the Paris Autrement team. Prior to our arrival, we had various questions, all of which were answers within 24 hours if not before. This gave us a great sense of peace and comfort in knowing that we had made the right decision. Within 15 minutes of our plane arriving in Paris, a Paris Autrement representative (Anthony) called my cell phone to make sure we had arrived safely and coordinated a time to meet us at the apartment. By the time we arrived at the apartment, Anthony was there waiting for us with a smile. After a long trip, it was nice to have a smiling face welcoming us to the apartment. He gave us a tour of the apartment, answering any questions we had. He also generally told us about the neighborhood, including the location of the closest grocery store and a number of cafes. He gave us his cell phone number and asked that we contact him if there were any issues. That was also very reassuring. The apartment itself is a perfect size for 2 to 3 people (no more than that). It is on the ground floor of a courtyard. The front doors are all glass, but long flowing curtains give you plenty of privacy. The apartment was clean. It has a full kitchen, a great bathroom with a great shower (perfect water pressure), and a separate bedroom. The kitchen has a four chair dinette, and the living area has a couch, coffee table and separate chair. There is a flat screen TV, but we didn't have time to watch TV. And, there is also Wi-Fi which was another plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need, and it has a washer and dryer which is not always common in rental apartments in Paris. The apartment could use a little more closet space, but we were able to manage. Also, the towels need to be replaced because some were starting to develop holes. The apartment does not have AC which could make it warm during the summer because there is little ventilation in the enclosed courtyard. Finally, we did have a small issue with the front lock when we first arrived, but Anthony was there in 2 minutes to help fix the problem. It ends up that you need to wiggle the key in the lock to open and close the door; not a big deal once you figure out how to do it. Other than those minor things, the apartment was perfect. The location is also perfect. The apartment is located on a side street with very little, if any, traffic (it's a one way street) so it is very, very quiet. The neighborhood is fantastic! The minute you exit the apartment, you have access to restaurants, cafes, a delicatessen, cheese shop, wine store, bakery, Chinese restaurant, ATMs, a fruit and vegetable store and a full grocery store. The metro stop (Rambuteau) is one block away, giving you easy access to all of Paris. And, the Pompidou is right down the street. The location could not be more perfect. We also found it to be safe. There are always people walking around, and we never felt threatened or afraid. And, when you open the front door leading to your courtyard, motion sensor lights light your way all the way to the apartment -- a nice touch when you are coming home late. Overall, both the apartment and Paris Autrement were fantastic! We would recommend Paris Autrement and Bella Citta to anyone looking for a rental apartment in Paris. We will be back! April 2014 / I spent a wonderful time at the "Romeo" apartment. The place looked exactly as described and photographed, and had a nice Parisian street view. The apartment is located in the heart of the Marais - close to St. Paul metro station, many cafes as well as to some gay venues. The team was very responsive using Emails and text messages before and during my stay. Unless the 4th floor/no elevator thing is a problem for you - I highly recommend this apartment! June 2014 / We enjoyed staying in your lovely apartment immensely. the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and modern with plenty of hot water. the living room with its large windows and charming old wooden beamed ceiling was a wonderful place to relax. my father, who is 90 years old needs lots of rest so the apartment was ideal for us. we have stayed in the marais area before and love this arrondissement. the location could not be better in a unusually quiet street.

April 2014 / Coton Doux was the perfect apartment for our Paris stay. It is definitely big enough for 4 people. Both the main bed and the pull-out sofa were very comfortable. The apartment is very clean and even has a washing machine in the kitchen which came in handy after weeks of travelling. The location is great! In the north of the Marais, there are plenty of great bistros and shops nearby but there aren't a lot of tourists so you will feel like a real Parisian during your stay. It's a short walk to the heart of the Marais and down to the river where you can see Notre Dame. Overall, we'd highly recommend staying at Coton Doux and booking with Ludovic.

The early check in and ability to leave our luggage in the near by office after we'd checked out, really made life easy for us to extend our trip. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. April 2014 / This apartment was beautiful and a perfect place for our Paris vacation. The decor is very contemporary and the layout was lovely. The apartment was spacious, clean and the location was great as it was near the Metro and there are also tons of food and shopping within walking distance. Severine met us at the apartment and provided us with lots of information on where things were located and places to check out. The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe and the coffee bar a couple shops down served the most delicious cappuccino. Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment for a group of 4 or a special romantic stay for 2. Thanks again for having us!
