April 2014 / The place is really close to metro station, one little convenience store just 2 minutes walking, one chinese restaurant next door if you are asian and miss your local food :) the place surrounding by vintage shop and really nice bakery shop. The place complete with a sauna and whirpool was really great and the living room equip with big screen so you can chit cat with your family/friends during your stay after you discover paris all day long.

May 2014 / We stayed here for several days in April, and it was just lovely! Great location, as well. The apartment is close to all of the great stuff going on in the Marais, and you are very close to all of the Metro stations. It's also situated in an area that's a very close walk to the Seine, the Pompidou Center, and all of the other museums you will likely want to hit up during your visit. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with while booking the apartment, and when we arrived it was clean and ready to go!

May 2014 / Our host is waiting for us when we arrived for a late check in. Very friendly. The apartment was standard and clean as we expected. Its located in a beautiful and quiet building. We also had a great wireless internet connection. The best feature about the apartment is its location. PLenty of great cafe's and restaurants close by, numerous bars and right by the underground station. I would reccomend this apartment to friends. Thanks Ludovic.

May 2014 / The appartment was very nice, Beautiful spot in the city, easy to commute to the main attractions. The logistics were all taken care off very well (reception, welcome, communication via internet etc). we already recommended this place to 2 other friends.

June 2014 / The Dessins property is a great apartment - nicely decorated, very clean and very nice bathroom facilities. Perfectly situated in the Marais near the Republic, it is only 2 or 3 subway stops from Hotel d'Ville / Isle Saint Louis. Dessins is very nicely equipped with comfortable beds, towels and linens. The kitchen is totally updated with new appliances, dishware, microwave, coffee and Nespresso machines, etc. and more than enough of the basics for the 4 of us to prepare meals, etc. on the occasions that we did. The 2 bedrooms are adjoining, but this was not a problem for us. The apartment feels very secure as it looks onto an interior courtyard and is very quiet. There is also a wonderful little outdoor deck just off of the kithen, which was a nice surprise and quite lovely to sit out on to enjoy a glass of wine on during the quiet evening. This apartment is very comfortable and we would easily come back to stay here again. Ludovic was very helpful regarding all aspects of our stay at Dessins and we very much appreciated his assistance.

June 2014 / Casa di Bambola was wonderful! I stayed with five friends for five nights and the space was exactly what we needed. The photographs are 100% accurate. We were greeted at the front door when we arrived and escorted in to the apartment where everything was explained to us. The toilet is separate from the shower and sink, which is good when there is a large group of people. More than enough towels were provided for all of us. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment as well as a dishwasher and clothes washer. There was also wifi and cable television. The neighborhood is very central and close to the trains. The only downside was walking up six flights of stairs with 20kg suitcases, but at least we only had to do it once. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling with a group of five or less.

July 2014 / Wow...! What an incredible apartment. "Artseine" is the perfect place to stay in while holidaying in Paris. Location is amazing, right in the sophisticated heart of Paris, with many cafés & shops within a few steps of the apartment. Great place for those that want to have a high standard of accom that is perfectly situated close to the culinary, artistic, social and heritage areas of Paris. The apartment is incredible inside. Everything you could possibly want to live very well indeed. Stylish and lavish (the private courtyard is perfect for a glass of wine and some pate). This is a hi-spec home and my family (7 of us in total) enjoyed the cinema as well as the spacious aspects of the apartment. Highly recommended.

June 2014 / We stayed 4 nights at the apartment. Check in went smoothly and host was accommodating for an early check in..clean modern apartment. Neighborhood is very nice and metro is a mere 5 minutes walk away. The only thing we have issue was no hand soap provided in the apartment....but there is a grocery store nearby. Overall i will recommend this apartment to my friends.

June 2014 / We were a group of 10 traveling to Paris on a study trip. We rented this apartment, and one also just next door, from Ludovic. We had a fantastic stay in the center of Paris -- easy walking distance to all the main sights, and a lovely neighborhood with metro and shops/supermarkets very close. Ludovic and his staff were very helpful and responsive, and the apartments themselves are just as represented in the photos. Highly recommended.

July 2014 / Our stay at Artseine was perfect for our family of 6. The apartment had 4 bedrooms to accommodate us and provided everything we needed. In a great location amongst local shops and cafés and within a few hundred metres to the train station. Loved being in Paris and can highly recommend the apartment for families or groups of friends. March 2014 / Thank you for a fabulous apartment in a fun location. The apartment was quiet, safe and close to cafes, bakeries and shopping all within a 100 metres. The apartment is modern with beautiful classical features and furniture, located within a private courtyard. We had 3 double bedrooms and each had an ensuite. April 2014 / This was an excelent choice. The apartment "Prune" was fantastic, everything new and working fine. Location is two blocks from the metro, and with a lot of restaurants, bakerys and supermarkets around. Also, very confortable to walk even at night. Ludovic was always available and cordial when I needed. We couldn't have made a better choice other than this. In fact, I strongly recommend!
