June 2014 / We had a wonderful stay at Blason, the apt was fantastic and located in a great location in Paris, walking distance to cafes, shops and monuments like Notre Dame. Check-in was a breeze, we were met promptly after we arrived and let into the apartment. The apartment itself is very quaint and perfect for a couple visiting Paris!

March 2014 / Ludovic's place was great. It was located in a wonderful area only a short walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre. I recommend the cafe Camille on the corner for breakfast, their omelettes were great. We enjoyed our stay, it was lovely. Great communication.

April 2014 / The apartment was amazing. Ludovic has used quality fittings throughout. The location is perfect with everything close by...super market, metro, shopping, cafe's, restaurants. WIFI is included. Lots of room and very private. There are many steps to the apartment...but all Parisians are slim...now I know why. No need to visit a gym. If you want to live like a Parisian then this is the apartment for you!

May 2014 / One word sums up this flat: wow. The pictures do not do it justice. It's a beautifully decorated flat with some amazing pieces of art hung upon the walls. It was also so centrally located to shops, restaurants, bars, the metro, etc...that all we had to do is walk out the front door and be in the heart of everything. The apartment is a bit technical with a lot of remotes for household devices, so make sure you pay attention during the initial tour. All the bedrooms had ample space for two adults and comfortable beds to sleep in. Ludovic was very prompt in answering any questions I had prior to my arrival and the apartment manager (Sylvain) was extremely helpful in explaining not only the apartment but the neighborhood as well. He even checked in on us a few days into our stay which I thought was very kind. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I want to book another flight to Paris just to stay here again!

March 2014 / My fiance and I stayed here for a terrific spring weekend trip to Paris. We met Vincent, who checked us in without issue after our flight was delayed a couple of hours. We loved the clean and fresh feeling of the space and couldn't have asked for a cozier place to call 'home' during our stay. It is centrally located and you are able to walk or take the Metro to anywhere in Paris. We'd definitely stay here again on our next Paris trip!

July 2014 / We spent 4 nights at Bahia and had a fantastic time. There was plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 2 small boys. The Marais area is amazing and so many great places to eat and purchase food from. The selection was limitless. One glitch with the washing machine was fixed straight away. Good area for exploring Paris. The beds were super comfy and the apartment was clean tidy and modern. Would definitely recommend to any friends travelling the Paris. Overall Guest Satisfaction : 4/5

February 2014 / Amazing place and amazing host! Easy communication before the arrival, Ludovic made things very convenient to adapt to our flight time (we arrived to Paris quite late at night and there were no problems at all). The studio is just exactly like in the pictures, very clean, brand new furnitures and perfect for 2-3 people. The location is ideal for visiting Paris, good connections, 5 minutes walk from Louvre and a very calm street but full of life to take a beer or have dinner outside. In on word, I recommend it 100% and will come back if I have the opportunity.
