May 2014 / The flat was what we expected. It was clean and spacious. Our host was accomodating and helpful. It had tv (they had english channels) and wifi.

Mai 2014 / Nous avons adoré la location de l'appartement. C'était 5 minute du métro et d'une boulangerie. Les soirs étaient tranquille. Vos lits étaient vraiment confortable, on a tous bien dormi. Puisque l'appartement n'était pas loué le soir d'avant, Antoine nous a rencontré à 10 h 30. C'était vraiment apprécié pour déposer nos valises après un long voyage du Canada. Je ne peux pas souligner comment charmante l'appartement et sa location était. Nous y retournerons si jamais on se retrouve on France. Merci Vincent et Antoine. Accueil excellent et à l'heure. Appartement TRÈS TRÈS bien situé au coeur de tout. Quartier tranquille malgré le petit lounge en face. Seul petit bémol, il manque un peu d'ustensile pour faire à manger. Et attention....65 marches pour monter jusque l'appartement....mais ça tient en forme :-)

The pictures of the apartment are very accurate however the stairs are very worn and difficult to climb. They also pass some interesting entryways on the way up and a few partially burned posters on the wall (which was concerning). Upon entering from the street you are greeted into an alleyway by a row of large trash bins of various purposes. The alley is very unattractive. Although the district itself is quite lovely the area immediately around the apartment is only so-so. With no air conditioning the bedroom on the 4th floor is an oven - even with the windows open (which is not favourable since you will hear street noise & conversations). The fan that was supposed to be in the apartment was missing. We did not stay the full 3 days and left after the 1st night. They did not refund any of our rental.

March 2014 / The apartment is in a great location and is a great space. Wonderful morning light streams in through the glass ceiling and all of the beds, including the pull-out, are comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

March 2014 / We want to take this moment to share with you how extremely happy we were for vacationing in Le Marais, Paris and how wonderful it was to stay at the the Romeo apartment. Overall, the apartment was beautiful, warm and welcoming. This is surely a place to look into when wanting to stay in the heart of Le Marais since everything is within walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was inviting and we are so glad we decided not to stay in a hotel. Overall, Ludovic and his team were accommodating and was in constant communication with us before we left NYC and while we were in Paris. Ludovic was also gracious enough to let us check out later than the normal time which gave us time to do some last minute shopping and taken in the sights and consume our last meal in Paris. We highly recommend staying at the Romeo apartment while you are at Le Marais and experience the local cafe's and shopping boutiques that are just a few minutes away. Once again, thank you Ludovic for being so gracious and for your team for being so hospitable. We look forward to visiting Paris in the nearby future and when we do, we would love to stay at the Romeo once again. Merci pour tout. Overall Guest Satisfaction: 5/5

July 2014 : A superb apartment, very central for the Metro and less than 10 minutes walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a maggio 2014. L'appartamento datato e trascurato,soprattutto negli elettrodomestici.E' situato al 5° piano senza ascensore quindi sconsigliato a famiglie con bambini piccoli e molti bagagli a seguito.Adatto per 5 persone e molto tranquillo.Comodo bagno con ampia doccia e water situato in secondo bagno.

May 2014 / We had a fabulous stay at Georges Terrace May 16-18 2014. Vincent and Ludovic at Paris Autrement kept us well informed with excellent communication - the booking/payment process was easy and they even allowed us to check-in early and check-out a little later than required. Georges Terrace is a lovely spacious apartment, outfitted to a very high spec. It is situated in a great part of the Marais close to everything (only about a 5 minute stroll to the Notre Dame), so the perfect spot from which to start exploring Paris. The 70 plus stairs are a bit hard-going and not for the faint of heart, be prepared, however it is good exercise after eating too much cheese and drinking fine wine. Thank you Paris Autrement for helping us have a fantastic weekend in Paris. Overall Guest Satisfaction: 5/5

June 2014 / Everything was as advertised. Ludovic is extremely responsive and very easy to deal with. The photos tell the story. Great living space and location. Excellent flat and well equipped in a superb location. Very safe and central. I was disappointed to find a leak in the bedroom which had clearly been there for some time and could easily have been fixed. Another tea towel and spare set of keys would have been appreciated. The flat was not well cleaned and there was considerable dust/dirt under the bed and sofa. Overall a nice flat and enjoyable stay there and I would recommend this to anyone. Andrew Oaten

March 2014 / Great appartment. We had a great stay in Ludovic´s appartment. great location in Le Marais, near to lively Rue de Bretagne with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. 5 minutes to Metro. Everything in the appartment was pretty new, everything was clean. Communication was great. We arranged an earlier check in and later check out. To sum it up: perfect appartment for us!

June 2014 / Really nice apartment. It is walking distance away from Notre dame, Louvre, Centre Pompidou and a lot of nice restaurants in the Maraille. The apartment is perfect for four people. The bedrooms are small, but the living space is huge.... so absolutely perfect for a week's stay in Paris. The apartment and the apartment building is really nice and clean.... Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend it to everybody.
