May 2014 / We are 4 people who just stayed 5 nights in this modern, clean and beautiful apartment. The neighbourhood was also really charming. Comfortable beds and quiet during the night. Its close to a nice shopping area, nice restaurants and public transport. The arrangements with our friendly host Ludovic went smoothly, and I can highly recommend this apartment.

Très mauvaise expérience. Voisin très bruyant, partys continuels jusque tard dans la nuit. Charte de qualité de Paris Autrement exige que clients respectent tranquillité des voisins, sinon pénalité imposée aux clients, mais qu’en-est-il lorsque voisins sont bruyants et nuisent à notre tranquillité? Alternative suggérée par Paris Autrement irréaliste et avons été laissées à nous-mêmes pour trouver autre logement (impossible à Paris durant septembre), et avons été obligées d’endurer situation extrêmement désagréable. Nos journées de vacances très hypothéquées par manque de sommeil. Aucun dédommagement d'aucune sorte. Avons fait affaire avec autres Agences lors de voyages antérieurs en Europe et ailleurs et n’avons jamais vécu un tel problème. Nous ne ferons plus affaire avec Paris Autrement.

April 2014 / Bourbons is a beautiful apartment, clean and attractively furnished. The wifi is reliable and there is plenty of hot water. For location, I don't think it would be possible to do much better -- so much of central Paris is within walking distance, and then the Chatelet metro will take you most other places you might want to go. Despite being extremely central, the apartment is peaceful and private, especially in the living area and the back bedroom which face onto central courtyards rather than the streets. We were in Paris with relatives and it was great to have a place that was so restful to come back to, and where we had a nice central space to eat together and chat. This is the second time we've stayed at an apartment hosted by Ludovic and both times have been excellent. Highly recommended.

February 2014 / We had a wonderful experience at this place! The apt was clean, modern and beautiful. The location was amazing and it was close to so many shops and restaurants. Ludovic was a great host who responded quickly and even arranged transportation from the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

April 2014 / Terrific apartment in a perfect, central location. 3 minute walk to the Metro station, but on a peaceful, quiet street. Clean, well-equipped kitchen. And Marc took good care of us, helping with taxis, information, etc.
