November 2013 / Amazing apartment! We loved to relax in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi after long day in the Exhibition. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was beyond our expectations - just perfect!!! A lot of shops and restaurants around. RER B is in walking distance. I highly recommend this apartment! December 2013 / We had a very pleasant 3 weeks stay in Couleur Martin. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and in a great location, nearby the Centre Pompidou. Ludovic and his team were quick to answer any queries we had. I would recommend the apartment and Ludovic's service to anyone who wanted to take an apartment in Paris.

May 2014 / Great location and nice, clean, roomy apartment. We were met punctually, even on a major holiday, and were grateful to gain quick entry because we were jetlagged from the trip. While we didn't cook in the apartment, we found the coffee maker very useful each morning before we hit the streets again. Communication with Ludovic was always prompt and complete.

January 2014 / Hi there, my fiancee and I spent 1 week in the appartment vachement for new year and it was really a great time! the service is flexible and very professionnal. The appartment is ideally located in the heart of marais, very comfortable, perfetly furnished and very quiet. In a nutshell, we are delighted by our experience with Ludovic's appartment and will definitely look again for his services on our next trip.

December 2013 / Everything went great during our stay at Casa di Bambola. The apartment was exactly as the photos showed, the central heating was on when we arrived late in the evening, what was very comfortable, nice furniture, nice linens. Very central just in front of Centre Pompidou and with Notre Dame down the street. In spite of the 5 floors without lift, it was really nice to stay there.We recommend the experience and Ludovic apartments. Obrigado !

nous avons été déçus. salle de bain ridiculeusement petite. pour entrée dans la douche il faut laisser la porte de la salle de bain ouverte. appartement très mal insonirisé vis à vis des bruits de la rue. propreté moyenne.

No surprises, great location (3 minutes walk to Centre Pompidou and the Metro), clean and spacious to easily accommodate five people. Interaction with Ludovic's colleague was timely and simple. November 2013 / My boyfriend and I booked this fantastic flat for a 4 day stay in Paris and had a great time. The flat itself is lovely, really clean and in a great location. The metro is only a 2 minute walk away and there are plenty of lovely shops close by for food shopping as well as clothes/souvenir shopping as well. Our hosts were great - we couldn't figure out how to turn the heating on and after a quick phone call someone was round within the hour to do it for us. We both needed to work so spent a lot of time at the flat - internet connection was fantastic and kitchen was great (in fact we only ate out on one night otherwise had every meal in the flat!). Check in and out was super quick and easy as well. We are both looking forward to staying in this flat again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

November 2013 / This is absolutely the best place to stay in Paris. The location is perfect and the house is an amazing combination of design and coziness. Everything you need is available: clean towels, kitchen equipment & lots of room. The architect did a wonderful job from which I got really inspired.The communication with Ludovic was great and easy. The apartment includes bed linen, sheets and blankets? There is a store where you can lunch near the apartment? As I already comment, our flight arrives at Orly at 11 am I guess we'll be at the apartment at 1.30 am at the latest. Best regards

May 2014 / Bourbons is very centrally located and has plenty of room for six people. The furnishings and accessories are very good. Vincent answered all of our questions during the booking process and during our stay. He arranged transportation from CDG airport and to the Paris train station for our party of six and lots of luggage. Thank you for all of your assistance. Novembre 2013 / L’appartement était parfait! Très propre, décoré au gout du jour, rénové et confortable. Même une famille peut y séjourner confortablement. L’appartement est situé à quelques secondes du Metro seulement et dans un très bel arrondissement. L’accueil de Ludovic était super et sans tracas. Je recommande fortement cet endroit. Je n’hésiterais pas à relouer l’appartement lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris.
