No surprises, great location (3 minutes walk to Centre Pompidou and the Metro), clean and spacious to easily accommodate five people. Interaction with Ludovic's colleague was timely and simple. I recommend the department, it has a very good cost /benefit balance

November 2013 / My boyfriend and I booked this fantastic flat for a 4 day stay in Paris and had a great time. The flat itself is lovely, really clean and in a great location. The metro is only a 2 minute walk away and there are plenty of lovely shops close by for food shopping as well as clothes/souvenir shopping as well. Our hosts were great - we couldn't figure out how to turn the heating on and after a quick phone call someone was round within the hour to do it for us. We both needed to work so spent a lot of time at the flat - internet connection was fantastic and kitchen was great (in fact we only ate out on one night otherwise had every meal in the flat!). Check in and out was super quick and easy as well. We are both looking forward to staying in this flat again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

November 2013 / This is absolutely the best place to stay in Paris. The location is perfect and the house is an amazing combination of design and coziness. Everything you need is available: clean towels, kitchen equipment & lots of room. The architect did a wonderful job from which I got really inspired.The communication with Ludovic was great and easy. The apartment includes bed linen, sheets and blankets? There is a store where you can lunch near the apartment? As I already comment, our flight arrives at Orly at 11 am I guess we'll be at the apartment at 1.30 am at the latest. Best regards

May 2014 / Bourbons is very centrally located and has plenty of room for six people. The furnishings and accessories are very good. Vincent answered all of our questions during the booking process and during our stay. He arranged transportation from CDG airport and to the Paris train station for our party of six and lots of luggage. Thank you for all of your assistance. December 2013 / My family of five had been planning this trip to Paris for Christmas for some time. We needed space so this seemed like the way to go and we were so right. Novembre 2013 / L’appartement était parfait! Très propre, décoré au gout du jour, rénové et confortable. Même une famille peut y séjourner confortablement. L’appartement est situé à quelques secondes du Metro seulement et dans un très bel arrondissement. L’accueil de Ludovic était super et sans tracas. Je recommande fortement cet endroit. Je n’hésiterais pas à relouer l’appartement lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris.

March 2014 / Great, convenient location with easy access to the Metro. La Table has wonderful space and a beautiful courtyard that makes you forget that you are in the heart of Paris. I recommend this location for up to 3 couples or 6 good friends - comfortably. The home is nicely appointed with a modern kitchen, basic kitchen equipment, and plenty of glassware. I would definitely come back, given the price, location, and size of this unit. Check-In was on-time and included a brief introduction of the home. Overall Guest Satisfaction: 5/5

December 2013 / We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment over Christmas. Everything was just perfect, great location full equipped home, nice and clean. Communication with Ludovic was good and fast and we had a nice welcome, We will be back! And ps. The stairs are not that bad- we needed to burn of some of that lovely French food.

December 2013 / This apartment was a great find! An amazing neighborhood with more wonderful bakeries and patisseries then you could ever hope to visit. We traveled with a set of grandparents, a set of parents and two teenagers and the space worked great for us. The kids each had a pull out couch - both were very comfortable. The adults had very comfortable queen bedrooms. The kitchen is fully furnished with whatever you would need and having a washer/dryer in the bathroom is terrific. It is right on street level with a direct entry to the apartment which is very convenient and it is on a small, quiet side street. It is a brisk 5-7 min. walk or leisurely 10 min stroll to a great metro (Hotel de Ville) and of course in the great Marais neighborhood. Lots of good eateries in the area. I would definitely recommend this place!

January 2014 / amazing location! Really nice apartment, perfect for a couple. We were 2 couples staying there, a bit small, but still worked out great! The apartment is really right in front of the metro station, in a busy street, but still very quiet and we could not hear all the noise from outside. Also, amazing restaurants, bars within 5 minutes walk. We had a great time there!

November 2014 / A great apartment in the heart of Paris ! The kitchen / lounge is spacious and well-equipped. The en suite bathrooms are beautifully relaxing. Beds very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you !
