November 2013 / We had a wondrful time in this nice apartment in Paris! The flat is nice and confortable, suitable for 4 people (most of all a family!). The area is perfect, full of nice restaurants, shops, near to the metro stop and very "Pariesien". I would reccomend this place.

November 2013 / This is a great apartment for a weekend in Paris. Clean, quiet and has a great location. Ludovic was a great host who was easy to communicate with and replied within no time on the questions we had.

March 2014 / Dealing with Paris Autrement was excellent. The information on the website is accurate, the staff very helpful, and requests for assistance were responded to promptly and well. January 2014 / Gorgeously decorated, spacious and modern studio apartment in a quiet part of the Marais. Ludovic and Anthony were easy to reach in advance of our stay and made us feel very welcome. We don't have a single complaint and would definitely rebook the Cage aux Oiseaux on our next visit!

Réservation du 29 décembre au 1er janvier 2014 600 € pour 3 jours. Arrivée retardée, on commence par vous demander 30€ de supplément, puis vient la caution de 500 €, on vous demande d'en payer 1000. On fait un tour rapide de l'appartement, et pas d'eau chaude, le cumulus fait disjoncter tout l'appart. Difficile de prendre une douche froide en hiver, donc pas de douche jusqu'au lendemain 16h. Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas, problème de piles que l'on devait nous ramener avec des serviettes propres car le plombier les avait utilisées pour les réparations du chauffe eau, mais on a revu personne, ni même un coup de téléphone pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. Pour arranger les choses, le propriétaire était parti de l'appart en le laissant sale, poussière et projections dans le micro ondes, bols sales....Et le bouquet final, des travaux avec perçeuses et marteaux en continue pendant 2 jours juste au dessus ou en dessous. Et bien entendu personne ne répond à vos appels et quand vous finissez par avoir quelqu'un on vous dit de manière très agressive "ne vous inquiétez pas" ! Pas du tout merci à Ludovic qui n'assure pas le service demandé, pas à la hauteur du tout.

February 2014 / Our group of 4 adults stayed in this apartment for a week in February 2014. It was very easy to get information about the apartment and make a booking. Ludovic's response times were very good. We were met at the apartment and got a good introduction to both the features of the apartment and services in the area. The apartment is well located in the centre of Paris, with supermarket across the road and lots of speciality shops within a block. Easy access to metro too. Apartment suited us well. It was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom has its own shower and there are two toilets. Large kitchen/lounge/dinning area was very comfortable and well equipped. Appliances include full oven, 4 burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating was also good - from warm towel rails to wall heaters in each room. Temperatures inside were assisted by the nature of the building (it is a gorgeous historic hotel and solidly built). We would love to stay there again and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Paris.

January 2014 / Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location. The apartment was very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. We appreciated being welcomed by Vincent at the apartment, and he was very helpful showing us where everything was and making sure we were hooked up to the wifi ok. October 2013 / I had an excellent stay at Everest. Ludovic was really great helping me with my last minute scheduling and requests. His representative met me right on time and helped me settle in nicely. The apartment is in a superb location, spotlessly clean and completely quiet and private. The apartment is larger than I expected and has sweet views of the rooftops and even a bit of the Eiffel Tower. Very nicely appointed in all regards. I would definitely book this again and truly appreciate the professionalism of Ludovic and his team. Bravo et Merci!

November 2013 / My stay at Bonjour Paris was delightful. The apartment was clean and airy. The location was perfect - close to metro stops and many local cafes and shops, but tucked away on a quiet street. After experiencing delays upon arrival, Ludovic was quick to amend my check-in time, and made sure his associate was at the apartment to welcome me. They even carried my suitcase up the stairs! I will certainly contact Ludovic for future travels to Paris, and would be happy to stay at Bounjour Paris again.

October 2013 / I spent wonderful holidays in this apartment in Paris! All the photos reflect the real apartment, that is even better. Perfect place for the date in Paris! You'll have everything you need for the comfortable life! The apartment is located in the center of Marais, but the street is very quite. Although you can reach the night life in 15 meters. Great apartment at a great location- center of Le Marais, just opposite from Le Marché des Enfants Rouges which adds extra charm...Apartment is big and has character. Kitchen is well equipped. Bedroom is comfortable with lots of storage. Shower is good too. The only issue was the very tiny sink in the bathroom. It barely exists! Bathroom is small but at least shower is OK. I would rate the apartment 9/10 (because of the tiny sink and the small bathroom. Overall, our stay was excellent. We were there in cold November and the heating in the apartment was great. I would stay in this apartment again. The agency was responsive. They accomodated early check in. The check out was no issue-One of the positives of the agency is they hold the deposit on the credit card which is great. Previously we had issues with the refund of the deposit that we paid in cash- which is extrememly annoying.

November 2013 / Communication from beginning to end was clear and easy. Ludovic accommodated an early arrival even though check in was at 2pm. Once I arrived and advised Ludovic the previous renter just left and needed the apt cleaned, a cleaning lady was sent within the hour. Perfect location and apt was very comfortable and even had a blow dryer which I highly appreciated! Bed and linens were very comfortable. Would def stay again.

November 2013 / Apartment was great, awesome location and big enough for 6. We had a great time in paris despite the rain! Easy communication with Ludvic and very quick to respond to emails and txt. I would recommend this apartment for big groups.

November 2013 / We stayed at Pourquoi Moi the first week of November 2013. The location was great - very centrally located with lots of restaurants, small grocery, and metro stop very close. The faucet in the bathroom sink was broken upon arrival, and we let Ludovic know, who responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix on the same day. We were impressed with the quick response. The unit is a little small for four people, but to be expected for the location in Paris, and a good value.

I love staying in Le Marais and this apartment has set the bar for all future trips as I doubt I would stay anywhere else. The apartment was clean, spacious & quiet & I don't think I've ever slept in such a comfortable bed - even the pillows were perfect! One thing that would have made our stay even better would have been a few basic household necessities i.e. toilet paper, laundry detergent, tea towel, as after a long haul flight going to the supermarket is the last thing you want to deal with. Perhaps this was an oversight and not the norm. Severine our greeter was absolutely fantastic as we were without luggage for 48 hours including our mobile phone. She went above & beyond for us in this situation and we will be forever grateful. Thank you again Severine!!

Our stay in Volubily, and our interaction with Paris Autrement, from beginning to end, was absolutely lovely and more than we could have hoped for. The flat was clean and bright, a perfect combination of modern and charming, and the bedrooms were especially well decorated. The building is on a quieter side street but still incredibly convenient to the Metro, groceries, and all of the lovely areas of Le Marais and surrounding neighborhoods. Paris Autrement was extremely professional and easy to work with. We could not have been more pleased.
