Regrettable, bel appartement mais très mal entretenu, sombre, poussiéreux, literie inconfortable, prestation eau chaude/chauffage très incertaine, je ne le recommande pas.

Avril 2016 / Appartement très agréable à vivre ! Situé dans une rue très vivante avec tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble. Un grand confort est d'être placé en plein marais tout en étant d'un calme absolu.

March 2016 / I had a very good overall experience. I met Anthony on the first day to get the keys and he informed me about everything as well as put himself available in case I needed support during my stay. The place was clean and the location of the apt is great.

Appartamento grazioso, peccato la scala d'accesso (4 piani senza ascensore) sia abbastanza angusta è difficile da percorrere con delle valigie o buste in mano. La posizione è eccezionale, con tantissimi locali nei pressi dell'appartamento, a 2 passi dalla metro Saint-Paul. Peccato però che sia l'aspirapolvere che la lavastoviglie non funzionassero.

March 2016 / Conveniently located near Place des Vosges, this newly renovated apartment is within close walking distances to the Marais and Bastille which are filled with dining and shopping options. This spacious apartment is exactly as described on the listing. Clean, comfortable and secure. Ludovic and his team are responsive and accommodating. April 2016 / The booking process was very straightforward and easy to organise check in when we arrived. The apartment was very central and very easy to get to from the Gare du Nord. Miguel met us and was very friendly and showed us around the apartment with very clear instructions. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed staying here as it was a perfect base to explore both the local area (Le Marais) and around Paris (Metro station is nearby). The hosts were really flexible about our check out time which was really helpful to us and much appreciated. Thank you for an amazing weekend in Paris!

Mars 2016 / Bon accueil de Miguel. L'appartement est à peine rénové et sent bon le neuf :). Spacieux et proche de tout, c'est un endroit idéal pour découvrir le Marais et le centre ville. Très calme et pourtant tout est à portée de main, boutiques, métro, magasins de bouche tout comme de très bons restaurants.... Belle découverte, je le recommande vivement.

Mars 2016 / I had a great time in Camelot. The apartment was comfortable, affordable and in a great location. The apartment is centrally located to the tourist attractions of Paris via the metro or walking. It is also close to some fun bars and the market, but is still calm and quiet for a good nights sleep. Paris Autrement were also very easy to deal with as a company, and were very helpful when I got lost on the way to collect the keys (sorry!) and was subsequently late. Thanks for having us!

March 2016 / Fresh, contemporary, stylish and extremely comfortable. This apartment is a complete gem, in the heart of the Marais. fresh, clean comfortable beds with an adorable living space to retire to in the evenings. I can't recommend Ludovic & co enough.
