My daughter and I had an amazing time at this apartment. We loved the location of it and will be back for sure.

We have stayed with you 5 other times. And our traveling partners have stayed with you 2 additional times. A total of 7 repeat bookings. And we loved every place we stayed. Unfortunately, Out of Africa was a disappointment. It was cold and damp the entire stay. In order to be comfortable we needed to be continually monitoring the heat. The downstairs bedroom had a continuous parade of ants on the wall and floor (a sign of excessive dampness). The upstairs tub didn't drain. Much of the furniture is in disrepair, uncomfortable to use. The light in the living room hangs so low that we were continually hitting our heads on it. The wifi was extremely spotty and the cable tv rarely worked for very long. There is one bedroom upstairs that has no storage whatsoever (no cupboards/shelves/hooks etc). And its bed has lost its structure. Once again we want these comments to have value for you. Presently we are in Bistrot. This setting is fabulous on all levels.

Très bonne localisation. Près des transports (métro, Vélib) Appartement propre, moderne, en état neuf. Très bon accueil et assistance pendant le séjour.

Un grand merci à l'équipe de Paris Autrement pour sa disponibilité (même tard le soir), dans un contexte d'urgence et une réservation "dernière minute"! L'appartement était très agréable et calme, pourtant au sein d'un quartier très vivant. Nous n'hésiterons pas à faire de nouveau appel à cette agence.

Très satisfaite appartement très agréable calme au milieu du tumulte parisien décoré avec beaucoup de goût un séjour à renouveler puisque nous avons enfin retrouve PAris autrement appartementque nous recommandons cordialement

Le séjour a été excellent. L'amabilité et le sens profond de rendre service du personnel (Sylvain, Marie notamment) est exceptionnel. IL faudrait cependant faire une mise jour des informations sur le site et la procédure de réservation notamment concernant la caution etc. Nous serons de retour prochainement dans cette résidence hôtelière .

I was unable to enter France when I was at the airport due to the change in travel by French government . I would like to make a request for my deposit return and also a credit for a future stay since I understand there would be no refund to me. I plan to travel once the Covid restrictions are lifted. J’ai passé un très agréable séjour de plus de 5 mois dans cet appartement très calme et particulièrement bien aménagé aussi bien au niveau fonctionnel et qu'esthétique. De plus l’équipe de Paris Autrement a su être à l’écoute et réactive sur divers sujets dans une atmosphère agréable. I had a very pleasant 5-month stay in this very well-appointed apartment from both functional and aesthetic point-of-views. In addition, Paris Autrement’s team knew how to listen and be reactive regarding different matters within a kind atmosphere.
