April 2015 / We had a great stay and this will be our number one place to stay when we come back. Right from the start everything was easy. Ludovic let us check in early and even advised us on how long a trip it would be from the airport. Elliot met us on time, gave us a tour and told us not to hesitate to call if we needed help with something. We didn't need a thing – everything was taken care of. Everything worked, and the place was stocked with all the basics to cook a simple breakfast, do laundry, charge our phones and play music. Plus wifi and TV. The apartment lived up to the great photos. It was spacious and tidy and there was lots of light. The location was spot on. Near great coffee, boulangeries, a bustling market, shopping and restaurants. Even though it's on a larger street that stays a little busy at night on the weekends, it was quite quiet come bedtime and we slept well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Paris.

Juin 2015 : Beautiful apartment in a great Parisian neighborhood!

This apartment was ideal for two (or three) couples. The location was perfect, with good access to everything and extremely quiet in a busy city. It was clean, well appointed, and exactly as show in the pictures. Thanks for a such a great place to stay. We'll be back.

August 2015 / Hands down Vintage Flat is the best apartment I've rented in Paris. Very clean and well stocked with cookware and linens. In the heart of Le Marais and walking distance to all the sites, metro and cafes and bars. The service provided was impeccable. Anything g I needed they took care of right away. I'm in Paris every year for 3 months and look forward to living here again. Apartment faces a closed courtyard and is silent as can be. I highly recommended this apartment.

Avril 2015 : A most excellent place. Clean, wonderful location in a residential neighborhood but close to metro, cafes, grocery. Staff very helpful, efficient with immediate assistance. The photos on website cannot convey how lovely it is. It is in the middle of Paris yet I woke up on Saturday morning and only heard the songs of the birds twittering in the private garden.

Just superb: quiet, clean, spacious and well located! The person who welcomed us was great. Superbe: calme, propre, spacieux et bien situé! La personne qui nous a accueilli était géniale.

May 2016 / My wife and I just completed a 15 week stay in the Bahia apartment, mid May thru the end of August. This apartment was spectacular for us and the service of Paris Nutriment was even better, if that is possible. First the apartment - Bahia is more spacious than it shows on the website. The 2 of us used to a large American home were very comfortable alone as well as when we had guests join us. With the 2 amazingly comfortable fold out sofas, we had 4 queen size beds. With another couple or 3 traveling college boys we had plenty of room and wonderful comfort. The beds, linens, appliances (large refrigerator and washer/dryer) and overall comfort of the apartment were terrific. The ground floor ease of access and the neighborhood were all we had hoped for. Paris Autrement - The office is just around the corner from Bahia so it was convenient for whatever we needed. The helpful attitude and quality of assistance was beyond expectation. Truly a great hospitality organization.

June July 2015 / Loved it! Would stay there again. Very spacious apartment with many amenities. The area was terrific and the restaurant Gai Moulin Bistro near the apartment quickly turned into a favorite haute. Overall Guest Satisfaction 5/5

Everyone I have dealt with at Paris Autrement has been wonderful. Agnes has been prompt answering messages and got someone over here immediately to fix a broken curtain rod; Miguel was courteous and helpful at check-in. The apartment is lovely and quite comfortable. However it is situated directly above a bar and starting at about 7pm on Friday and Saturday night a DJ plays music in the bar so loud that the entire apartment literally vibrates. It is impossible to sleep through and it lasted until almost 4am. This is really a shame because I don't suppose there's anything to be done about it. But it is so loud I think most people would find it is impossible to tolerate. I would never stay here again and would warn anyone to look for another apartment unless they are unconcerned about being kept awake all night on Friday and Saturday. I will certainly look to rent an apartment from Paris Autrement next time I visit Paris - but not this apartment ever again.

May 2015 / The Big Apple apartment is in a great neighborhood with banks, metros, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The pictures are accurate. The apartment was clean and spacious (in European terms) and had every amenity needed during ones stay (dishes, Wi-Fi, towels, etc). The neighborhood is quiet in the evening. There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and the apartment was secure with two locked entries.

We visited your office to report a lack of hot water and although a marginal improvement was made the result remains unacceptable. For the price paid we would at the very least expect to get enough hot water to shower and to wash the dishes. The water is tepid at best and not sufficient for two people let alone the four which it is advertised to provide for. Also we have never stayed anywhere similar before where T towels are not provided. Whilst the location is good and the unit comfortable enough it does not live up to the claims made in the advertising. Geoff and Michele James

July 2015 / Our hosts were quick to return emails and answer any questions we had. They were prompt in meeting us with the key to check in. A bonus with this apartment is that we had wifi! The neighbourhood was amazing! We were in the centre of Le Marais with all the famous stores and restaurants nearby: all the designer stores as well as High Street stores, and also pharmacie, Monoprix, boulangeries, fromagerie. It really was a perfect place to stay. The Metro was a block and a half away so that was very convenient. The apartment was quite lovely and very spacious. It is on the top floor so we got a lot of light and cross breeze and good exercise walking up the flights of stairs after a huge french meal. The apartment is also in a secure building with gates and buzz codes so that was nice too. I would definitely stay here again.

April 2015 / We spent almost a week at the Biscotti. Of course, the location - Le Marais -is great, just a few minutes from Bastille and Hotel de Ville. The apartment with it's separate bedroom and dining table was perfect for a family of three. It is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything you need is just a few footsteps away: bakeries, shops, super markets, bars, restaurants, metro stations. Ludovic and his team are very professional, responsive and reliable. Communication was easy an agent was meeting us at the agreed on time right at the apartment explaining everything in great detail. Certainly a place to stay again ...

April 2015 / We have a great time at this wonderful apartment in Marais. The location was great, walking distance to the Pompidou, Hotel de Ville, and Notre Dame. There are several Metro stops nearby, and tons of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. The apartment itself is bright and spacious, though it is on the 4th floor of the building without an elevator. But the daily workout made our indulgences seem not so bad. The internet works great and is quite fast. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone visiting Paris!

Bonjour, je ne recommande à personne cet appartement qui n'est pas dans l'esprit de tous les autres proposés par votre site.Tout est dépareillé, très mauvais couchage; nous sommes partis un jour avant à cause de cela.La porte d'entrée est ridicule et pas du tout safe.L'éclairage approximatif avec des rajouts d’interrupteurs!!!odeurs dans la salle d'eau!!!etc etc etc...

March 2015 / I stayed here for 4 nights. It was good for me, my mom and my sister. The APT was clean and cozy and also every things were same as pictures. While I was staying there, I feel comfortable and safe. If I am going to Paris agian, I will choose this APT again.
