July 2018/ Big, clean apartment on a side street and near many bars and cafes as well as metro lines. Best part was catching the World Cup victory at the bar up the street.

July 2018/ The apartment was very modern and clean with comfortable beds. Although there was no air conditioning, there were fans which kept the apartment cool and comfortable. Amenity packages (for the kitchen and bathroom) are available for purchase or you need to bring these things yourself (bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing liquid, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc).

July 2018/ An amazing/stylish, extremely well equipped apartment in the heart of the Marais district. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the home furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The space has been maximized in this one bedroom apartment. Our family of 5 was very comfortable as there are two pull out couches. We highly recommend this apartment. An added bonus is that it has air conditioning! Although with all the beautiful big windows the apartment cooled down nicely on its own. The hosts are extremely polite and are very quick to respond to your questions.

Além disso, a decoração é linda e super (Website hidden by Airbnb) certeza nem procurarei outro local quando voltarmos a Paris. Recomendo totalmente.

July 2018/ This is a very nice apartment in an excellent location. It is managed by an agency, which is responsive and efficient. Things to note: The third bedroom and its bathroom are two levels down. This was good for us because we were out all day and it was very hot in Paris that week. This apartment, unlike many, is lovely and cool compared to many Paris apartments. However, some guests may find the third bedroom somewhat strange. If people are in the cinema room, the third bedroom lack privacy. The ground floor bedrooms have ensuite showers but share a WC. The building is very high quality and ground floor access is a rare luxury in Paris.

July 2018/ I found Ludovic to be very helpful in answering questions about the apartment before we confirmed the booking. Everything was as he said it would be and very recently renovated. Great apartment suitable for families located in the famous Opera district. Definitely recommend.

August 2018/ We loved our stay here! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. We had 5 adult women and had plenty of water and space to get everyone ready in the morning. The apartment is very centrally located in the Marais and it was easy to walk to great restaurants. There is a small grocery store directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to grab more toilet paper, soap, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

August 2018/ The apartment was what we expected. The host met us earlier than we planned because our flight was early and in general I have no complaints. If you plan on renting, the movie theater is a nice feature, it uses Blue Ray, so bring a few Blue Rays for the stay.

September 2018/ The apartment is beautiful. The location is perfect. Very centric and you can take uber and be anywhere in the city within 5 minutes. The host is very friendly. Large space. On the second floor you have 2 showers and 1 toilet. They each have their independent room.

September 2018/ Super location. Restaurants bars everything. Beautifully designed apt. Great water pressure, high quality sheets and linen. Has everything. Not that we cooked as the local area is truly fantastic for food. Five of us stayed. V comfortably. Park beside has lovely playground too.

The bed was super comfy, the bath was amazing, and the terrace was so adorable with a romantic Parisian view. We really enjoyed the beautiful old ceiling beams mixed with the modern touches. Gregory was so helpful when we checked in, and even gave us some recommendations for the area.

I fell in love with the interiors and really appreciated all the wonderful touches that not only made it a stunning home but also make it very functional. It has been well thought out and we were very comfortable for our 4 night stay. The kitchen is well equipped and each bathrooms had a hair dryer each which was really nice with 5 of us staying there. Response time was very fast whenever we had a question.
