July 2018/ Incredible location and very stylish apartment! I definitely recommend it!

July 2018/ This is a very nice apartment in an excellent location. It is managed by an agency, which is responsive and efficient. Things to note: The third bedroom and its bathroom are two levels down. This was good for us because we were out all day and it was very hot in Paris that week. This apartment, unlike many, is lovely and cool compared to many Paris apartments. However, some guests may find the third bedroom somewhat strange. If people are in the cinema room, the third bedroom lack privacy. The ground floor bedrooms have ensuite showers but share a WC. The building is very high quality and ground floor access is a rare luxury in Paris.

July 2018/ I found Ludovic to be very helpful in answering questions about the apartment before we confirmed the booking. Everything was as he said it would be and very recently renovated. Great apartment suitable for families located in the famous Opera district. Definitely recommend.

L’appartement est top, très beau, confortable et super bien emplace; le metro à côté, une pharmacie 24/24 aussi juste à côté, des resto, supermarchés, magasins partout..... Merci bcp à Ludovic et, aussi, merci bcp à l’agence qui nos avez reçu. À refaire!!!!

August 2018/ We loved our stay here! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. We had 5 adult women and had plenty of water and space to get everyone ready in the morning. The apartment is very centrally located in the Marais and it was easy to walk to great restaurants. There is a small grocery store directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to grab more toilet paper, soap, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

August 2018/ The apartment was what we expected. The host met us earlier than we planned because our flight was early and in general I have no complaints. If you plan on renting, the movie theater is a nice feature, it uses Blue Ray, so bring a few Blue Rays for the stay.

August 2018/ Excellent apartment. Fantastic location in le Marais - easy walking distance to all amenities - Metro, groceries, cafes, restaurants, Velib bikes, park, shopping. Kitchen well-equipped. Open concept apartment allowing for nice family experience.

September 2018/ The apartment is beautiful. The location is perfect. Very centric and you can take uber and be anywhere in the city within 5 minutes. The host is very friendly. Large space. On the second floor you have 2 showers and 1 toilet. They each have their independent room.

September 2018/ The apartment is in a fantastic location and is as darling as it seems in the images. We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were extremely welcoming, even though we had some complications with our travel and arrival times. Definitely recommend.

September 2018/ Super location. Restaurants bars everything. Beautifully designed apt. Great water pressure, high quality sheets and linen. Has everything. Not that we cooked as the local area is truly fantastic for food. Five of us stayed. V comfortably. Park beside has lovely playground too.

September 2018/ This little flat was an absolute gem! It had everything we needed and more. The bed was super comfy, the bath was amazing, and the terrace was so adorable with a romantic Parisian view. We really enjoyed the beautiful old ceiling beams mixed with the modern touches. Gregory was so helpful when we checked in, and even gave us some recommendations for the area.

September 2018/ This apartment is beyond beautiful. I fell in love with the interiors and really appreciated all the wonderful touches that not only made it a stunning home but also make it very functional. It has been well thought out and we were very comfortable for our 4 night stay. The kitchen is well equipped and each bathrooms had a hair dryer each which was really nice with 5 of us staying there. Response time was very fast whenever we had a question.

September 2018/ We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located listing. Very spacious for 6 people and it was great to have an extra shower in addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The building is old and beautiful and has a charming courtyard. Check-in was very easy (thank you, Romain!) and we found everything very clean. Would recommend to anyone hoping to stay in the area.

September 2018/ This was our second year in a row staying in this apartment and the comfort, quality and convenience of location was as excellent as we remembered from our 1st stay. This is a great apartment for couples or families alike. With young children, having a washer and dryer and full kitchen is key to a more relaxing and comfortable vacation.

September 2018/ Bel appartement. Bien situé et près d'un métro. Fonctionnel pour 5-6 personnes. Par contre, attendez-vous à laisser les valises au rez-de-chaussée (escalier en colimaçon).

Semptember 2018/ Muchas gracias to Miguel who gave a very informative welcome. The location and apt. amenities were outstanding. We very much enjoyed our stay and we felt very much at home. We would recommend Ludovic's place hands down and will stay again when we come back to Pairs.

September 2018/ Perfect flat for our family of 4. There was plenty of space for sleeping, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern. Linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Combo washer/dryer was brilliant. Additionally, it was SPOTLESS! Our host, Gregory, was extremely responsive and met us on time to check us in. The location was safe and oh so central. I would book this place again without question.

September 2018/ The ground floor apartment is extremely modern, light, bright and airy. The large private enclosed patio was an added bonus! A bakery, tiny market, cafes and restaurants, bus stops and metro stations are steps away! An incredible location. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet.
