Octobre 2018/ L’appartement est vraiment magnifique (déco canon), parfaitement agencé, super pratique (4 salles de bain et3 WC) et très bien situé. Si vous ne cherchez rien d’autre, cet appart est topissime.

Juillet 2018/ Appartement meublé avec des équipements de qualité, placé idéalement au centre de Paris, proche du metro/RER. Le canapé convertible est confortable. La communication avec Ludovic s'est très bien passé. Je recommande

October 2018/ Great apartment in an accessible part of Paris (close to République and Temple). Ludovic was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a good size for 5-7 people but would be tight with any more than that. Also it was lovely to have a space to hang out with an open plan living room and dining room. Would recommend for a large family or group of friends. Would stay again!

October 2018/ Ludovic's apartment is located very conveniently, and offers great access to the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very welcoming for our large group. It was very comfortable, and we had a great time!

October 2018/ The location is at the perfect location of where restaurants, shops and transit is. We came in a bit earlier than expected and Gregory had no issues meeting us there to accommodate us. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will more than likely book it again.

October 2018/ Spacious, clean, chic apartment in a wonderful area of Paris. Apartment has clearly been well-renovated with updated finishes and amenities. Hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Apartment was surrounded by all the cafes, restaurants, and bars we could ever need; perfect for the wandering, "foodie" tourist such as ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again or look into the host's other properties.

October 2018/ We loved our stay at Ludovic's place. The flat is beautiful and matches the photos accurately. My bedroom was very quiet and the mattresses were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and I loved the rain shower. The location is great, in the heart of the Marais. The wifi at times was spotty, but worked for the most part. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a group of 2-4 people.

October 2018/ Fantastic location and the apartment was well maintained, clean and modern. We loved the decor, loved buying breakfast in the morning and the ample choice of restaurants near by for dinner. Communication with the agent was prompt. Everything we needed was taken care of.

Notre séjour a été formidable dans cet appartement tres chaleureux. Notre famille a été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’appartement. Ce lieu était parfait pour notre réunion de famille. Nous avons adoré ce lieu magique. La phrase d’introduction en homlage aux rois mages a pris tout sens lors de notre sejour. Quelques petites choses pour rendre le sejour encore plus greable seraient les suivantes : un micro onde, plus de torchons, quelques plats de service en plus, des petits paniers en osier pour le pain ou les fruits, revoir le congelateur qui glace trop. appartement propre par contre il serait judicieux de penser à changer les alèses du lit qui étaient toutes tâcher par des tracas d'urine et les protections des oreilles qui sentaient la transpiration

1. You must to clean windows and curtains! 2.Frying pans do not work on induction!!! Change them. 3. Plastic shower pipe needs to be changed, it is leaking. 4. Apparently there is no bottle screw. We couldn't open wine.... Otherwise everything is ok.

October 2018 / Great location one block from Hotel de Ville and easy walk to many of the popular tourist areas. The entrance from a busy street leads to a very quiet and charming courtyard. The apartment itself is clean, efficient, and stylish. Great walk-in shower. Check in was very smooth. Would stay here again.

October 2018 / I’ve stayed in the same building before and loved the amenities and location. So when we decided to come back we chose another apartment at the same address and I’m so happy we did! Sparkling clean and everything you need! This location is literally footsteps away from anything you could possibly want to eat... from traditional French bistros, boulangerie, and even vegan. I can’t recommend these units enough. Just perfect!
