September 2018/ We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located listing. Very spacious for 6 people and it was great to have an extra shower in addition to the 2 full bathrooms. The building is old and beautiful and has a charming courtyard. Check-in was very easy (thank you, Romain!) and we found everything very clean. Would recommend to anyone hoping to stay in the area.

September 2018/ Absolutely a gem in Le Marais. Metro, Bars, Restaurants, shoppings, everything is there. the apartment is big, quiet, and comfortably hidden in a charming beautiful alley.

September 2018/ This was our second year in a row staying in this apartment and the comfort, quality and convenience of location was as excellent as we remembered from our 1st stay. This is a great apartment for couples or families alike. With young children, having a washer and dryer and full kitchen is key to a more relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Semptember 2018/ Muchas gracias to Miguel who gave a very informative welcome. The location and apt. amenities were outstanding. We very much enjoyed our stay and we felt very much at home. We would recommend Ludovic's place hands down and will stay again when we come back to Pairs.

September 2018/ Perfect flat for our family of 4. There was plenty of space for sleeping, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern. Linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Combo washer/dryer was brilliant. Additionally, it was SPOTLESS! Our host, Gregory, was extremely responsive and met us on time to check us in. The location was safe and oh so central. I would book this place again without question.

September 2018/ The ground floor apartment is extremely modern, light, bright and airy. The large private enclosed patio was an added bonus! A bakery, tiny market, cafes and restaurants, bus stops and metro stations are steps away! An incredible location. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet.

October 2018/ Great apartment in an accessible part of Paris (close to République and Temple). Ludovic was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is a good size for 5-7 people but would be tight with any more than that. Also it was lovely to have a space to hang out with an open plan living room and dining room. Would recommend for a large family or group of friends. Would stay again!

Hosts are extremely responsive and accommodating. Apartment was surrounded by all the cafes, restaurants, and bars we could ever need; perfect for the wandering, "foodie" tourist such as ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again or look into the host's other properties.

October 2018/ We loved our stay at Ludovic's place. The flat is beautiful and matches the photos accurately. My bedroom was very quiet and the mattresses were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and I loved the rain shower. The location is great, in the heart of the Marais. The wifi at times was spotty, but worked for the most part. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a group of 2-4 people.
