Notre séjour a été formidable dans cet appartement tres chaleureux. Notre famille a été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’appartement. Ce lieu était parfait pour notre réunion de famille. Nous avons adoré ce lieu magique. La phrase d’introduction en homlage aux rois mages a pris tout sens lors de notre sejour. Quelques petites choses pour rendre le sejour encore plus greable seraient les suivantes : un micro onde, plus de torchons, quelques plats de service en plus, des petits paniers en osier pour le pain ou les fruits, revoir le congelateur qui glace trop. appartement propre par contre il serait judicieux de penser à changer les alèses du lit qui étaient toutes tâcher par des tracas d'urine et les protections des oreilles qui sentaient la transpiration

October 2018 / Great location one block from Hotel de Ville and easy walk to many of the popular tourist areas. The entrance from a busy street leads to a very quiet and charming courtyard. The apartment itself is clean, efficient, and stylish. Great walk-in shower. Check in was very smooth. Would stay here again.

October 2018 / I’ve stayed in the same building before and loved the amenities and location. So when we decided to come back we chose another apartment at the same address and I’m so happy we did! Sparkling clean and everything you need! This location is literally footsteps away from anything you could possibly want to eat... from traditional French bistros, boulangerie, and even vegan. I can’t recommend these units enough. Just perfect!

September 2018 / Honestly, you simply can’t beat this location - it is absolutely incredible. Apartment is so lovely, clean, and as described. No issue with noise. At night, the lighting in the apartment is pretty dim though, but that’s our only suggestion to improve. Highly highly highly recommend!!

August 2018 / We had a very enjoyable and successful stay at the apartment “Out of Africa”. Gregory met us when we arrived and he was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is accessed from a square internal courtyard serving a small group of properties. The courtyard is itself accessed through locked door (keypad entry) from Rue de Temple. The apartment has been built into one corner of the existing building with direct entry at the ground level, and its ground and first floor windows opening into the courtyard. The result is that the apartment was secure and very quiet. Any street noise was virtually absent - probably the quietest central Paris location I have come across. The property was very clean, recently decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well equipped with a modern hob and oven, a very quiet dishwasher, a good range of equipment for food preparation and plenty of crockery etc. We were a group of six and the four bedrooms, three shower washing facilities and ground floor living space worked very well for us. It is possible that the staircase could be a problem for people with reduced mobility or for very young children; it was quite steep and had a sharp turn in the middle. The apartment location was excellent. There were convenience shops directly opposite and around the corner, with a larger Monoprix also available about ten minutes walk away. Bakers opening at 0700 were available at Rambuteau five minutes walk away. The location in the Marais was excellent for exploring Paris. There were metro stations within a five minute walk, and bus routes closer in adjacent streets. You could walk to the Pompidou Centre in 5 to 10 minutes, and to the Hotel de Ville area in less than 15 minutes. A six-seater taxi to/from Gare du Nord took about fifteen minutes and cost us €30 per trip. We would definitely stay in the apartment again and can recommend it highly.

September 2018 / We had a fairly large group of 7 people (including a baby) and the place was more than adequate. Rooms were large, each with its own shower. Common space was clean and perfect for large group meals. The location was a 10/10. Guillaume was also able to accommodate an early check in. Highly recommend this place.

August 2018 / Great stay. The place was perfect for our group, and close to many restaurant, market and other fantastic places. The welcoming host, Miguel, was great as well, and gave us tips for places to go to, and super nice. The apartment was clean, ready, and exactly as described.

August 2019 / We just completed a two week stay in the “Cactus Apartment” in the Le Marais and simply could not be more pleased. We are experienced travelers, but have always stayed in hotels, so this was our first experience with Airbnb. The location is charming, very quiet, and easy walking distance to cafes, bars, coffee shops, groceries, pharmacies, metro stations and attractions such as the Picasso Museum, the Centre Georges Pompidou, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and more. The apartment is air conditioned (a life saver in the midst of our first week when it was high 90’s every day) but also has plenty of excellent high-quality windows for ventilation when it’s cooler outside. The large brown leather sofa converts to a pull-out bed and has a very comfortable mattress---it is actually indistinguishable from a conventional bed. The bathroom and shower is quite small by American standards, but efficient and certainly acceptable. The kitchen has every modern appliance and is well equipped. Importantly, Guillaume and his staff were excellent, professional, helpful, friendly and warm, and always responsive and timely in communications. We forgot to take our apartment keys and were locked out on Sunday afternoon. The staff was most gracious, interrupted their Sunday activities and met us at the apartment so we could retrieve the keys. We felt like Parisians and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to experience the magic of Le Marais.

July 2018 / An amazing space for a large family located walking distance from nearly anything you'd want to see in Paris. We expected a tiny place, even after seeing the pictures, and the place was huge! Paris was in the middle of a massive heat wave, but even though there was no A/C (expected), each room had fans, and the air circulated really well so we were comfortable.

June/July 2018 : Fantastic location in the Marais on a popular street. There are so many beautiful windows in this apartment (street facing), it is filled with light. The sofa bed is comfortable! The team was accommodating, though they couldn't find us a second fan for the apt which would have made a big difference on those heatwave nights for the person on the sofa bed. We had our favourite boulangerie for morning croissants and pain au chocolat, favourite patisserie and cafe all within 50 steps from the front door. Wonderful. Merci Guillaume

June 2018 / A fantastic apartment in the heart of Le Marais. Very stylish, roomy, quiet and secure. Metres from the best cafes, bakeries, mini-markets and fashion shopping. Add to that just a 15 min walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. We were well looked after by Dorssaf as well. Delighted to have had the chance to stay here

June 2018 / The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated with new fixtures. The beds are comfortable, although the two loft beds had limited head room. The apartment has a lot of natural light and is quiet from surrounding area, despite its excellent location. The Pompidou is just down the street, Notre Dame is a 12-minute walk, the Louvre is a 20-minute walk and a metro station is just a block away, too. There are good restaurants and bars nearby and while the neighborhood is busy, it doesn't feel overly touristy. We bought the cleaning kit which Guillaume offered, although this was probably not necessary because there was an inexpensive grocery store just down the street which sold most things you would need. Guillaume was very responsive to messages and gave clear instructions for the key pickup process. Overall, we had a great experience and would want to stay here again because of the location and comfort of the unit.

June 2018 / Great apartment. we stayed there for 3 nights, two couples, and it was very nice, fit for 2 couples because it has 2 bathrooms. great location. the place was very clean. the host was available on chat, and when we realized there is a blockage in the bathroom sink, they came within a few hours and fixed it. We had a lovely stay.
