Our experience at the apartment was perfect, simply perfect. Great flat in a great area - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ** We would definitely stay here again. They were in communication with us as soon as we booked and continued to be so until we arrived at the flat. ** They were very accommodating, helpful and approachable once we arrived.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Paris autrement pour un superbe accueil et séjour. L’appartement Charles V est parfaitement situé, dans un quartier très agréable proche de commerces et d’endroits à visiter. Il est bien aménagé avec sofa, lits comfortables et fut parfait pour notre groupe de 3 adultes avec 2 salles de bains. L’accès à la deuxième chambre à l’étage demande un peu plus de dextérité donc a déconseillé pour personnes avec mobilité réduite, avec grand pieds ou enfants. La petite surprise fut la proximité des multiples écoles qui donnent une certaine fréquence sonore au niveau des pauses et des récrées donc à prendre en compte mais seulement durant la journée et les heures d’écoles.

Really liked everything about this apartment: the location is perfect and the apartment is a good size and was very clean and well equipped. Romain who checked us in was so helpful. I have used Paris Autrement a few times and I really do think they are the best option for staying in Paris: their apartments are consistently good, clean and well located plus you get someone who actually checks you in, shows you around the apartment and is on hand if you have any problems. We will be back!

Parfait conforme à nos attentes : bien situé entre 2 bouches de métro, très calme, bien agencé et dans un quartier très agréable.

Excellent séjour à Cada Vez … appartement que nous avons l habitude de louer régulièrement lors de nos séjours à Paris Appartement tres bien situé … très fonctionnel … très confortable …ou nous nous sentons comme «  à la maison »dans un environnement particulièrement agréable et calme près du musée Picasso Avons hâte d y séjourner à nouveau ! Merci également à toute l équipe Paris Autrement très accueillante… très bienveillante…une remarquable équipe … petit clin d œil à Grégory pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !!! Dear Paris Autrement Team, thank you for asking for feedback. Unfortunately, we were not quite as happy as usual. Your agent who welcomed us was very kind and helpful as all your staff has always been. We totally understand that the flat was not ready on the time of our arrival, because the last tenants left it so messy and the cleaning lady was so friendly. Unfortunately, the flat was still dirty in some areas afterwards. There was fragmented glass on the floor and dirt. There were dust and cobwebs on the walls as well. The door handle in the bedroom on the right was broken and in the same bedroom there was black mold behind the door and the wardrobe. That didn’t feel healthy at all. We could send you pictures, if you need them. The two outlets next to the mirror in the living room didn’t work which is unfortunate as it would be the perfect place to use a hairstyler. Not trying to be negative, just giving feedback so the issues can be improved. Kind regards Ulf
