Really liked everything about this apartment: the location is perfect and the apartment is a good size and was very clean and well equipped. Romain who checked us in was so helpful. I have used Paris Autrement a few times and I really do think they are the best option for staying in Paris: their apartments are consistently good, clean and well located plus you get someone who actually checks you in, shows you around the apartment and is on hand if you have any problems. We will be back!

Excellent séjour à Cada Vez … appartement que nous avons l habitude de louer régulièrement lors de nos séjours à Paris Appartement tres bien situé … très fonctionnel … très confortable …ou nous nous sentons comme «  à la maison »dans un environnement particulièrement agréable et calme près du musée Picasso Avons hâte d y séjourner à nouveau ! Dear Paris Autrement Team, thank you for asking for feedback. Unfortunately, we were not quite as happy as usual. Your agent who welcomed us was very kind and helpful as all your staff has always been. We totally understand that the flat was not ready on the time of our arrival, because the last tenants left it so messy and the cleaning lady was so friendly. Unfortunately, the flat was still dirty in some areas afterwards. There was fragmented glass on the floor and dirt. There were dust and cobwebs on the walls as well. The door handle in the bedroom on the right was broken and in the same bedroom there was black mold behind the door and the wardrobe. That didn’t feel healthy at all. We could send you pictures, if you need them. The two outlets next to the mirror in the living room didn’t work which is unfortunate as it would be the perfect place to use a hairstyler. Not trying to be negative, just giving feedback so the issues can be improved. Kind regards Ulf

Bonjour. Suite à notre séjour je me permets de vous écrire au sujet du logement. Celui ci était très bien dans son ensemble, cependant nous n’étions pas au courant que des travaux étaient en cours dans le bâtiment. Nous avons réservé ce logement pensant nous reposer, ce qui n’a pas été le cas car le bruit des marteaux, la musique des ouvriers nous a réveillé le vendredi ainsi que le samedi. Ce point a été très décevant pour nous et la personne qui nous a accueilli m’a donc dit de vous écrire afin de voir pour un éventuel geste commercial suite à ce désagrément. Localisation agréable à proximité de commerces de qualité et des transports en commun. Appartement agréable également. Il manque néanmoins de patères pour pendre les vêtements (entrée, salle d'eau et chambre) et il serait judicieux de mettre à disposition des locataires un rouleau d'essuie tout et du papier toilette en quantité suffisante. certains ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d'être renouvelés (poêle notamment). la literie est très confortable.

Magnifique appartement traversant tres lumineux particulièrement bien aménagé et décoré avec goût dans un esprit tres contemporain Appartement tres fonctionnel ,tres bien équipé ….un petit BIJOU au centre du Marais Félicitations Paris Autrement pour ce nouvel appartement ,remarquable par sa situation et son confort mais aussi l esprit qui s en dégage ! Ce fut pour nous un très agréable séjour bcp trop court certes mais ça n est que partie remise , avons hâte d y retourner …véritable coup de cœur !

Nous étions à notre deuxième séjour dans le même appartement et tout comme au premier nous apprécié le confort de l’appartement et la situation dans paris de l’appartement. La chambre est incroyable on a de l’espace pour circuler et placer nos vêtements. La seule chose on n’a pas pu faire fonctionner le sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bain. La poubelle dans la salle de bain serait à changer. J’ai peut-être oublié des produits dans une enveloppe de voyage dans la salle de bain l’enveloppe aurait peut-être glissé dans l’espace au centre du tiroir à gauche. Si vous le retrouvez pouvez-vous communiquez avec moi. On va sûrement faire appel à vous pour un autre séjour mais plus long.

Le seul bemol a ce sejour: les oreillers de mauvaise qualite. Cela ne nous empechera pas de revenir et de passer par paris autrement! Merci encore.

Mon appartement préféré, je le confirme. Une curiosité : il y a un nouveau lave linge, mais on dirait que le livret d'instruction a été lavé en premier, et il est utilisable :)

We had a fantastic stay at Pavleo. It is perfect for a group of 6, including kids. The apartment is easy to get in/out of, is very comfortable, and spacious. The location is great with every type of shop and restaurant you would need within a short walk, plus multiple metro stops around the corner. We will definitely book Pavleo for again for our next trip. I was also happy with Paris Autrement. The communication was responsive and checking in couldn't have been easier.

Je n'hésiterai pas à louer de nouveau un appartement via votre agence lors d'un prochain séjour à Paris. L'appartement L'Atelier est bien situé. Il est spacieux et confortable, et il correspond exactement à la description fournie avant la location. Cécile a été très gentille à l'arrivée et a donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour un séjour sans souci. Le seul bémol : on entend beaucoup les voisins, jusque tard dans la nuit. La caution sur la carte de crédit n'est étrangement pas levée trois jours après mon départ, ce qui n'est pas normal compte tenu du fait que tout était en ordre quand j'ai laissé l'appartement.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, sauf le samedi soir, quand le bruit venant de la boîte de nuit en dessous était si fort que je ne pouvais pas dormir, et ça ce n'est pas acceptable: si j'avais su, j'aurais choisi un autre appartement.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans ce joli appartement de plain pied et idéalement situé. Accueil au top par Gregory à notre arrivée. À recommander !

I loved the Pingus apartment! I stayed there from June to September as I carried out my mission as a Paris 2024 Olympics and Paralympics volunteer. The apartment is located just outside of Paris in the suburb of Puteaux. Although I booked it because it seemed close to Paris' 16th arrondissement where my volunteer position was based, in the back of my mind I was afraid that commuting from a suburb would be difficult. However, getting around was never a problem. The apartment turned out to be just a short walk from several modes of reliable, frequently running public transportation, making for quick and easy trips, not only to the 16th arrondissement, but to anywhere in Paris: I found Puteaux to be closer and better connected to the center of Paris than some parts of Paris itself! My second major concern with booking outside of Paris was safety. Was I going to feel safe living in Puteaux? As a volunteer, I had some shifts starting as early as 6:00am and other shifts ending as late as 1:30am. But despite these very early and very late times, I always felt safe leaving from and returning to Puteaux and the Pingus apartment. Even at these oddball hours, I felt secure walking to and from the transit station. Puteaux turned out to be lovely. A quiet neighborhood, yet everything I needed - from public transportation to traditional French boulangeries to parks to supermarkets - was within walking distance. Regarding the apartment itself, it is exactly as pictured on the website. When I first entered the apartment, I was blown away but how accurate the photos were. There's always a bit of apprehension booking through the internet, but I breathed a sigh of relief when I realized that what I saw in the pictures was exactly what I was getting. Everything was clean and well maintained, with practical conveniences like a washer and little luxuries like a Nespresso machine. And drinking my coffee on the balcony, overlooking the complex's private garden, was a simple, daily indulgence that made me love the apartment all the more! Although I've lived in and around Paris on other occasions, this particular trip was filled with so many unknowns, from not knowing what to expect as a volunteer to not knowing if my accomodations would make volunteering challenging. However, the Pingus apartment contributed in making my Paris 2024 volunteer experience one of the best experiences of my life! The Pingus apartment, as well as the consistently supportive and attentive professionalism of Guillaume Kech, delivered quality of life. For the time I was there, I experienced my dream of living and working/volunteering in France. I fully lived my French fantasy of waking up and walking to the local boulangerie for a croissant and warm baguette, to then return home, make myself an espresso, and have my breakfast on the balcony as I watched neighbors leave for work and school. Beautiful mornings leading to beautiful days, first as a tourist visiting Parisian landmarks then as a volunteer on a mission. And, with a washing machine in the apartment, never having dirty laundry piling up! The Pingus apartment gave me all this and more! I've already written a lot, but could go on and on about how much I loved the Pingus apartment and how grateful I am for Paris Autrement! The Pingus apartment truly checked all the boxes and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
