The apartment is wonderful. The location is great, street very quiet at night. Many restaurants and good shops nearby.

L'atelier est un superbe appartement, très bien placé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce 2 pièces qui correspond bien aux photos. L'accueil et le départ se sont déroulés comme prévus avec des collaborateurs à l'écoute et conviviaux. Merci !

Dear all , we payed 500 € during our arrival . The person which was there , said that 2-3 days after our departure is going to be a refund . We have not receive the refund yet. will you please advise about it? Kind regards

Overall we were very happy with the service. Gregory the manager is very helpful and friendly. Our request for 1st floor were fulfilled so it helped us tremendously with our senior age. Will recommend anyone to stay here and if we are lucky to be back in Paris, we will definitely stay here again. Thanks!

It would be helpful to have some instructions for the cooktop and ovens in the apartment. Especially for North American guests :)

Mon sejour a Olord etait absolument super. Je me suis amusee bien. Mon appartement - Shelley - etait manifique (10/10). Du debut a la fin de mon sejour l'equipe de Olord etait amicale et aimable. Je n'hesiterais pas a reserver de nouveau et je recommanderais Olord a tout le monde . J'espere bien y revenir prochainement.

Appartement très bien! Belle organisation de l'espace avec petite terrasse sympa. Tout rénové et très propre. Bien calme mais attention par contre aux voisins du dessus : l'isolation des canalisations n'est pas optimale, du coup, c'est du direct, surtout côté cuisinne et au premier. Très bon accueil comme d'habitude, Merci!

We loved our stay. Very quiet, very comfortable apartment for 4 people. Quiet effective air conditioning in all rooms. 2 modern bathrooms. Full size refrigerator in galley kitchen, though a little more counter space would have been welcome. Great view of Sacre Coeur from the 7th floor balcony. Large modern elevator. No street noise in the living room and silence in the bedrooms. Decent grocery store below. Bus stop at apartment street entrance, with metro line #11 entrance less than a minute walk away, and metro line #4 a 4-5 minute walk away. Many, many restaurants and shopping in the area. It is difficult to imagine a better 2-bedroom apartment rental in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment is nicer than the website pictures. It's fairly spacious and has been recently renovated, so the kitchen and bathroom feel clean and up-to-date. Some people, though, may find it a little dark, especially the windowless bedroom. I would suggest that a lamp be added to both bedroom and living room area, so that you don't have to use the ceiling lights. The living room area could also use a nice rug, especially in winter. The kitchen too needs a small saucepan and frying pan. The windows could use longer sticks to open the blinds, which are themselves a little hard to pull up and down. Written instructions need to be provided on how to use the TV. The location is of course superb, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, and other businesses nearby, plus it's an easy walk to various sights, including Invalides (just around the corner) and the Eiffel Tower.

Fabulous service by the team as usual. Denver is a clean compact appartement quite suitable for a couple - in the Saint Paul district. Secured behind locked gates the flat is very quiet and private. Easy access to all shopping facilities and the metro

Booking web site is super easy and helpful and apt matched the description. Gregory was there with the keys even though we were late. Flat was clean and very pleasant. One thing - a starter kit would have been great - maybe a bar of soap, dish sponge, tablet for washing machine etc (toilet paper is provided, which is nice). When I stayed before this was provided and was suprised it was not there this time. Other than that - great place, well located and good value.
