Avril 2016 / Nous avons trouvé l'appartement silencieux et avec un bon niveau de lumière naturelle, et bien confortable pour trois personnes. L'emplacement est bon, près de les Halles et du Beaubourg et de beaucoup de restaurants, mais dans une rue ou il n'y a presque aucun passage des voitures dans la nuit.

November 2015 / We had a great and easy stay at Cafe Gourmand. Ludovic and his associate were very accommodating to my unfortunate flight delays. The apartment itself was as depicted and described. The location was convenient - a short walk to central Marais and several metro stops. The amenities were updated and great. Overall a pleasant experience.

February 2016 / The Zen Apartment is exactly as advertised. Wonderful location, very spacious and included all the necessary amenities one would expect. Surpassed all expectations. The apartment was very clean. Ludovic and his team were especially accommodating when it came to opening the apartment upon our early arrival. All I have are words of praise for the apartment, Ludovic and his team, especially their professional yet friendly approach.

November 2015 / Ludovic's properties are simply the best in Paris. I have stayed with him on two instances over the last 18 months and he has always been fantastic with recommending alternative accommodations if the desired property was not free. I am convinced all of his properties are fantastic and I would highly recommend him to anyone traveling to Paris.

Décembre 2015 : This was by far one of my most memorable vacation rental apartments! Everything was perfect. I am already planning on booking another stay.

Marzo 2016 / Precioso y cómodo apartamento para 4 adultos. Tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la estadía perfecta. Excelente ubicación con supermercados y boulangeries muy cerca. Es tal cual aparece en las fotos. De volver a Paris sin dudas volvería . Nos sentimos totalmente como si estuviéramos en casa!! Desde allí caminamos a todos lados sin problemas. Está a una cuadra del Centro Pompidou y a 2 del Centro comercial Les Halles que se inaugura en días. Feliz con la elección y sin dudas lo recomendaría.

November 2015 / We absolutely LOVED Corrida! Can't beat the location! Right in the heart of Paris, walking distance to Pompidou, Notre de Dame, Luvre, different metro station, great local cafes, restaurants, museums. The apartment is beautiful, there is elevator, and is very comfortable and functional. There is a great restaurant right below, which we absolutely enjoyed but if you want absolute quietness, you need to look somewhere else. Ludovic and his assistant were friendly, kind and responsive. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment! We are looking forward to our next stay there already! THANK YOU, Ludovic!

Novembre 2015 / Tout a ete parfait. Appartment tres bien situe, tres propre et arrange avec gout. Ludovic et son equipe sont disponibles a tout moment.

Mars 2016 / Encore un fois, nous avons été très très content d'avoir choisi un appartement de Paris Autrement. L'appartement Balloon est très bien situé au coeur du Marais, est très confortable et est d'une taille parfaite pour un couple. La prochaine fois, nous choisirons sans doute le meme appartement.

January 2016 / We were allowed to enter at 10 am which is early. The apartment was exactly as described. It is VERY centrally located to everything in Paris. Either hop an Uber or take the nearby Batboat. We felt right at home.

November 2015 / I loved this charming Parisian apartment where old school charm meets sleek modern design. The apt features a a brand new kitchen and spacious and modern bathrooms. It was beautifully decorated with a lovely dining/living room space, 20 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling double doors opening to a small balcony.. Perfect to entertain guests or have a dinner party. The block was quiet and the beds comfortable. Our hosts were accommodating and easy to be in touch with. I would definitely return to this space which is great for friends or 2 couples..
