March 2016 / our host Miguel how gave us the tour and welcomed us was beyond helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at ease. The quality and location of the apartment was absolutely amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay here

November 2015 / Wonderful apartment. Clean, well equipped and a great location. Beds were all comfortable, including the Murphy bed in the living room. Great location on a quiet street, but just off two main avenues. Very close to the metro, bakeries, cafes and a supermarket. Would definitely book again.

November 2015 / It is a great apartment with a pleasant enterieur. Clean and well equipped. It has an amazing location. Lovely brasseries, boulangeries and cool bars and bistros are in the neighbourhood. Loved to stay there. Really recommend it.

November 2015 / This flat is wonderful! Right in the heart of the Marais and very easy walking distance to Notre Dame, the Louvre and other sites. The place was immaculately clean. We were met by Anthony who was wonderful and communicative. I would easily recommend this flat to anyone coming to Paris. We had a lovely time and want to thank Ludovic and his entire team for being so great.

January 2016 / Beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of the Marais. Easily accommodated two couples with much room to spare. Walking distance to the best shops and dining in the area. Would absolutely come back!

Excellent séjour. À notre départ hier, nous avons réalisé qu'une céramique représentant un corps de femme nue, avais été collée sous le numéro civique sur la rue. Est-ce une transformation de la vocation de l'immeuble ?

November 2015 / We appreciate Ludovic for providing us with a base for wonderful stay in Paris. The room was nice just as depicted in the detailed description and the pictures shown here. Guillaume who met us when we were checking-in was great as he helped us carrying our baggage, gave us useful info about local bakery and supermarket, and arranged replacement of blown light bulbs in the kitchen the next day. We liked the location of the room because it is close to the stations, a various types of bars and restaurants which are popular among local people, cafe, and cultural facilities.

December 2015 / This is a very spacious and well-equipped apartment, in a fantastic location. We had a very enjoyable stay, and highly recommend it.

Avril 2016 / A beautiful and well equipped apartment in a fantastic location. In the Spring, before the trees are in leaf, you can see the Notre Dame from the window! Miguel was very welcoming and the booking process was really smooth and easy. We'd go back to this apartment and would use Paris Autrement again.

Studio agréable pour deux personnes, fonctionnel, clair et très calme.Seul bémol: les sièges, modernes il est vrai, ne sont pas du tout commodes pour des personnes âgées, et même un peu dangereux.Enfin nous avons dû nous livrer à un jeu de pistes pour découvrir le local poubelles de l'immeuble, et à un certain tâtonnement pour maîtriser la douche (pas de mode d'emploi ni de code couleur). Mais au total très satisfaits et prêts à revenir à l'occasion.

November 2015 / Fabulous stay in Paris! The check in was simple and easy Miguel gave tons of great recommendations and local tips for my visit The apartment itself is exactly how it's pictured online…modern, clean, spacious, nicely furnished and very comfortable with all of the amenities you'd want (Wi-Fi, TV, etc.) The location is very central…and is very easy to get from the airport (RER B from CDG to Les Halles, then a 5 minute walk to the apartment). There are tons of restaurants, shopping, and museums within walking distance. The bonus is that it's on a very quiet street, so there's no unwelcome street noise Great find – would totally rent this apartment again

Octobre 2015 / C'était notre toute première expérience et le séjour a été complètement réussi. C'est effectivement plus confortable d'avoir son petit chez soi plus tôt que de se retrouver dans une chambre d'hôtel. L'appartement était tel que sur les photos. Le quartier Ideal et très sécurisant pour mon séjour seule avec ma fille. Sans aucun doute nous renouvellerons l'expérience une prochaine fois!

December 2015 / We were met at the appointed time and shown around the flat. Everything was explained clearly to us, and we were pleased to find the wifi easy to use and fast. The flat appears to be recently renovated is very clean and includes modern appliances. The bed is comfortable, and the area is quiet. We liked the proximity of many restaurants, bakeries and shops. We found it easy to get around the area, with many metro stations within a short walk.
