excellent accueil, quartier superbe et animé, donc un peu bruyant mais, cela ne nous a en aucun cas gêné. l'appartement est un peu petit mais conforme à nos attentes et très agréable pour une famille de 4 personnes. Seul la propreté de la salle d'eau est à amélioré selon nous car il y a pas mal de moisissures dans les joints. Dans l'ensemble nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour et nous recommandons déjà vos services auprès de notre entourage. Nous avons aimé LE CANDIDE. Il est bien situé. C’est un immeuble paisible et propre. Giovana a été une hôte présente et accueillante. C’est petit mais très fonctionnel et moderne. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.

The main shower room leaks, we've stayed in this apartment once before 1-2 years ago and it leaked then. You need 3/4 towels down to catch all the water. Please repair!

Do not stay here if you want to sleep (except on a Sunday night). The noise from the entire street makes it impossible to sleep so avoid at all costs.

Il manquait juste le minimum nécessaire au nettoyage dans la cuisine : éponge, produit vaisselle, 1 a 2 pastilles lave vaisselle, lave linge et un torchon supplémentaire. A part cela notre séjour été très agréable. Merci beaucoup. Sylvie

Cela fait 8 ans maintenant que nous réservons à Paris autrement car nous y trouvons à chaque fois des appartements confortables et calmes toujours bien situés dans un quartier que nous adorons . De plus le rapport qualité prix est parfait.

This was my fourth year in a row booking an apartment through Paris Autrement and the experience was once again excellent and any support or requests were dealt with promptly, would recommend using them.

Our family met in Paris for Christmas 2020. Our party of six people (one child, four adults, and one grandmother) stayed at the Balthazar for ten nights. We spent days seeing Paris and planned to eat most dinners at home, as a family. We hope this information is helpful to you in making your decision: The apartment is as it appears in photographs.... very cute and spacious by Parisian standards! The layout was such that everyone had enough space to gather and relax privately. Clean bed sheets cost 50 Euro, regardless of the length of your stay. We stayed for 10 days and a change of fresh sheets was not included in the price of the apartment. We felt that the company should have simply charged us 100 Euro more and stocked the apartment with towels, sheets, and cleaning supplies. The washer/dryer works for small loads only and may not dry clothes/towels all the way. One small load takes about 4-5 hours. Our stay was in December, so drying clothes on the rack took 2 days. The kitchen is large and great for cooking, but basic kitchen tools are missing: potholders, bowls for mixing, towels... the knives are very dull and there is no knife sharpener. Slicing delicious baguettes is difficult and destroys the loaf. Also, a set of proper wine glasses would have helped. The beds are VERY comfortable and quiet at night. The drapes darken the rooms nicely for deep sleep. Each bedroom has huge closets to store your clothes and suitcases. A plus! The lighting in the living room is minimal, making it hard to see and visit with family in the evening. We spent most of our family time at the dining room table. Note that in the master/king bedroom, there is no door between the bedroom and attached bathroom, and thus, no privacy when using the bathroom. We wanted to use the bathtub, but the hot water stopped after three inches. The rain showers throughout the rest of the apartment are AWESOME! Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The apartment is in a great location if the metro is running. Walk times: Louvre (25 min.), Orsay (45 min.), Pompidou (15 min.). The street is very quiet and there is a great restaurant, ISTR, 3 minutes away. For those with long hair like me, you can trust that the hair dryers are full sized and they work very well. Overall, a great place to stay for a few days, if you do not want to do much cooking or laundry.

Appartement très fonctionnel, avec un emplacement au Top. Nous ne sommes jamais déçus avec " Paris Autrement ". A recommander et à consommer sans modération...

Le canapé-lit est de mauvaise qualité.

Although our stay was very enjoyable and the overall comfort of the apartment was very nice, it would have been very helpful to know in advance that the elevator was not functioning and the renovation of the building entryway was in progress. Also we typically find an informational package in apartments with instructions for the appliances. We were grateful that someone came to provide a temporary microwave oven since the microwave in the kitchen was not functioning. And that he upgraded the WiFi signal to reach the entire apartment. Perhaps these items could be pre-checked in the future. And perhaps I missed an option during reserving the apartment to provide garbage bags, soaps, cleaning supplies? I’m not sure if this is offered but I couldn’t find anything on your website. At any rate, I will contact you in the future for another rental and know to ask more questions in advance regarding the condition of things. Thank you!!

La pièce commune reste froide malgré le chauffage

Quelques soucis concernant les interrupteurs, les éclairages et les prises. L'ensemble est un peu confu. Literie très confortable. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Une bonne adresse, seulement quelques points de détails à régler.

Seul petit bémol : le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouchê (par des cheveux de femme). Ce serait appréciable que ces écoulements (lavabos, ou douche comme il m'est arrivé dans le passé) soient vérifiés et réglés avant notre arrivée.

nous avons eu un appartement bien situé mais en comparaison des quatre autres que nous avions loués chez vous, en qualité, il est le moins bien . malgré tout nous reviendrons chez vous . rez
